Poor maintenance and dangerous wiring

Air hockey table has dangerous wiring. Almost shocked toddlers as power cord arced. Other minor issues like broken chair, low battery CO detector, no dishwasher detergent. Overall felt poorly maintained. Would avoid.

Beautiful house but …

Great property, newly remodeled. Beautiful inside with great deck and hot tub! But was given wrong code for lock box with long wait time for help and finally given an alternate code. Dishwasher was unavailable (broken) very nice interaction with rental company and professional repair men. No big deal for use but had to wash by hand which resulted in leaving dirty dishes at our departure as unable to load and go. Last, with the very steep driveway (that was disclosed) needed to access garage for shovels and salt as driveway is not plowed and was an ice slick. Was a lot of extra work for the adults digging out driveway so cars could safely park and depart with the winter storms! For the money, driveway should be plowed between guests. I would recommend as house was beautiful but best if all cars are 4wheel drives or rent in summer only.

Poorly managed property

The location is great but unfortunately the property was poorly managed. - The lock box didn’t work so access was unclear. -The house was dirty—with damp towels, hairs loose everywhere. -The dish washer didn’t work. The sink was small and leaky, so washing dishes was challenging -The house was poorly stocked. There were no seasonings. Barely any toilette paper. -The driveway was steep and insufficiently plowed. -There were no shovels available so we had to go buy one and leave it. If they are not going to plow frequently or provide garage access they should at least have shovels. -the management company (vacasa) was unresponsive. I sent messages weeks before they stay and they didn’t respond. I sent messages during the stay and they didn’t respond. I called and waited on hold for TWO HOURS before getting a person, at which point they promised to call me back. They never did. I will NEVER stay at a property managed by Vacasa again. I will never stay at this house again and I don’t recommend it.

Great location and spacious but lack other things we needed.

Pro: location and amount of space is great. Cons: 1. No recreational key and we called property management company and talked to owner who was supposed to come and bring it to us but never came or call us back. We wanted to use the amenities that came with our rental. 2. Dish washer broken and smelly on our arrival. We spoke with management company and owner, was told someone will take care of it, as there was a brand new one in the entryway ready to be installed. Did not hear back during our 5 days stay. When we called again we were given answer that someone will get back to us. 3. We came home from a walk and the front porch faucet/pipe burst and water came into the front hallway. My husband tried to stop the water and was soaked wet in the freezing cold. His friend was able to open the garage door and shut off some valve in there. We called and them what happened and the response was someone was going to come and assess as our kids slept in the same floor that was soaked in the front entryway, but nobody came or called. 4. A house that can sleep so many people had "TWO" hot tub towels. When the front door hallway was flooded, we had to use all the towels including our dog's towel and some of our own clothes to soak up the water to prevent the damage to the house. We are a family with small children and stay mainly in family rentals. We’ve never had this kind of experience before. Hopefully things we mentioned would be fixed but we will not be returning to this place.
