Our newly built, comfortable NR-Apartment "Seebankerl" has a cozy attic and is furnished in country style by a carpenter. From the bright living room with panoramic windows you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Bavarian Sea.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: dishwasher, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
In daylight bath with skylight has a bath, a floor-level shower with rain shower, a towel dryer, towels, hair dryer and radio.
In the quiet bedroom has a three-door wardrobe and an over-long double bed to relax. During storms, you can hear the sound of the waves of Lake Chiemsee.
The bright, cozy living room with dormer is equipped with a dining area and a sofa with upholstered chair. Enjoy from here the scenic views of the Chiemsee and let your eventful day in a cozy togetherness to reminisce.
The covered balcony (with chairs and table) invites you to breakfast, reading or just relaxing.
Feel free to use the garden with couches and the covered patio on the west side of our great land.
Garaging shed for you have brought bicycles and a laundry room (incl. Dryer) are available.

Fantastische Lage, schöne Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieter
Die Lage, direkt am See ist der Hammer. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Morgens startet man mit den Rufen der Vögel und dem in die Wohnung scheinenden Sonnenaufgang in den Tag. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, das Anwesen liebevoll gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert hilfsbereit. Außerdem haben sie eine Menge Tourentipps auf Lager, die sich sehr lohnen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wohlfühl- Appartements
Wir, meine Eltern und mein Sohn, haben den 80 zigsten Geburtstag meines Vaters gefeiert, dafür haben wir für ein Wochenende das Appartement "Ofenbankerl" und das "Seebankerl" gebucht.Die Appartments haben zum sofortigen Wohlfühlen eingeladen, die sehr netten Vermieter haben bei der Ausstattung an alles gedacht und auch an nichts gespart. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und hell, die Lage ist grandios. Wir können die Appartements zu hundert Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Klasse Ferienwohnung/Klasse Lage/Klasse Umgebung
Wir haben fast 14 Tage am Chiemsee verbracht. Dort haben wir eine Ferienwohnung gesucht, die viel Komfort bietet, eine gute Ausgestattet hat, und direkt am Chiemsee liegen sollte. All diese Punkte und mehr erfüllte die Ferienwohnung "Seebankerl" Wir haben uns in den neuen Räumlichkeiten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die hübschen Räume waren wie erwartet sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und hatten einen sehr guten Pflegezustand. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend, so dass man sich sehr gut betreut gefühlt hat. Insgesamt, ist das Umfeld für jedermann attraktiv. Ob man wandern, radeln, gut essen oder nur ausruhen möchte. man findet für jede Aktivität etwas. Wir haben uns vorgenommen diese Räumlichkeiten nochmals zu buchen und haben sie auch unseren Freunden empfohlen.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen
Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern herzlich begrüßt und haben uns im "Seebankerl" sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Sonne scheint direkt in das gemütliche Wohn- /Esszimmer mit Blick auf den See, das Badezimmer ist wunderschön und geräumig und das Schlafzimmer bietet Ruhe pur. Auch der Balkon ist perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir konnten unsere Räder und Surfbretter in dem abschließbaren Schuppen sicher unterbringen, so dass wir jeden Tag problemlos zu unseren Touren starten konnten. Der See ist zum Greifen nah, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen und abends kann man im "Sonnendeck" unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Schöner kann Urlaub nicht sein - wir kommen wieder!

Traumferien am Chiemsee
Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am See und eignet sich daher auch für Urlauber, die nicht so mobil sind. Sowohl Geschäfte und Restaurants als auch Bademöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Der Garten und Innenhof sind schön bepflanzt und nett hergerichtet, das Apartment ist nagelneu und hochwertig ausgestattet. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Chiemsee. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Wirtsleute sind überaus freundlich und bemüht. Für uns war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

sehr schöne Ferienaufenthalt direkt am See
in unserem Urlaub hat alles gepasst: eine schöne, gemütliche, neue Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Abendsonne überm See. Die Wohnung hat 2 gut ausgestattete Zimmer und ein tolles Bad. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns mit Tipps zu Restaurants, Segeln und Radzielen und Informationen über Chieming und den See prima versorgt. Sie waren jederzeit für uns da und wir konnten uns immer gut mit ihnen unterhalten. Direkt am Strand ist die Anlegestelle der Schifffahrt und 200m entfernt ein tolles Strandbad und eine Segelschule mit Verleih. Die beste Empfehlung ist die Weiterempfehlung: Wir haben die Adresse schon einer Freundin gegeben. Außerdem werden wir auch wiederkommen. Bitte die Wohnung als Nichtraucherwohnung deklarieren Harald und Claudia
