The house with 71 sqm is located in the seaside resort Zempin and is about 800 m from the beach. Zempin is the smallest seaside resort on the island and especially with families with children and older people popular. For animal lovers there is a separate dog beach. The island cycle path invites to sportive excursions along the Baltic Sea coast. Supermarket, bakery, train station, hairdresser and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

Nette Auszeit

Für 4 Erwachsene ideal. Bei 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kind, wird's etwas eng und man muss genug Badezimmer-Zeit einplanen. In der Küche ist leider sehr wenig Abstellfläche. Lage und Umgebung sind top! Ca. 13 min Fußweg zum Strand. Leckere Fischbrötchen gleich schräg gegenüber. Bäcker, Post, Bahnhof und Arzt innerhalb von ca. 7 min Fußweg erreichbar.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus ist eher einfach, hat aber alles was man im Urlaub so braucht. In der Küche findet man einen Herd mit zwei Platten, einen Ofen und eine kleine Spülmaschiene. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein großer Esstisch, eine Polstergarnitur, der Fernseher und der Kamin. Eine Treppe höher sind die zwei Schlafzimmer und ein kleiner Flur. Es gibt im Haus genug Steckdosen, um all den Kram den man so mit sich schleppt, aufzuladen. Auf der Terrasse kann man bequem sitzen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Parkplatz befindet sich neben dem Grundstück. Gegenüber des Ferienhauses wohnt und verkauft in der Fischerstrasse ein Fischer frisch geräucherten Fisch zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Für den einzigen Kritikpunkt kann der Vermieter nichts. EDEKA hat den Frischemarkt in Zempin geschlossen, so dass es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit mehr gibt

Es ist eine super tolle Unterkunft.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und gemütlich einrichtet. Alles sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist super nett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nettes kleines Haus.Seltsam das der Vermieter selbst nicht wusste was wir wegen der spontanen Buchung bezahlen mussten.Für das Budget empfehlenswert.

Sehr netter Vermieter und tolle (ruhige;) Lage

Jan ist ein sehr unkomplizierter, netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat ein schönes frisch renoviertes ( noch nach frischen Möbeln riechendes ;o) Wohnzimmer, ein tolles Bad und ein schönes großes Schlafzimmer. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer ist leider kein Schrank, dafür aber genügend Stauraum auf dem Flur 'oben'. Generell gibt es genügend Stauraum. Internetradio und ein großer Fernseher (HDMI-Eingang und gutes WLAN, also gut mit einem Amazon-Stick nutzbar) sind bei regen ganz praktisch. Zempin an sich hat mich begeistert: Knapp 1km zur Ostsee, 800m zum Achterwasser und 600m zum Wald Richtung Zinnowitz. Zum EDEKA (geöffnet bis 18 Uhr :o) sind es knappe 400m, quasi um die Ecke. Zempin und auch die Wohnung würde ich nun (nachdem ich auch zwei Mal in Bansin war) den Kaiserbädern vorziehen.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Ferienhaus ist ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Achterwasser und 15 Gehminuten von der offenen Ostsee entfernt. In Absprache mit dem Vermieter waren sowohl An-, als auch Abreise absolut flexibel und unproblematisch. Es ist sehr für Paare, Familien und Urlaub mit Hund geeignet. Das Haus war in einem gepflegten und sauberen Zustand übergeben worden. Kleiner Minuspunkt für die Daunenkissen, auf die ich ein wenig allergisch reagierte.
