Apartment is located above a Security Showroom directly across from St. Mary's Hospital (where several members of the Royal Family were born) and only a one minute walk from Paddington Station.

There are several flights of stairs to climb after entering through the front door so access to disabled or elderly may be limited.

Upon entering the apartment you will be greeted by the tiled terracotta floors, huge skylight and exposed brick wall of the living/dining room. A compact, and equipped kitchen also awaits you.

The first floor of the maisonette is a with shower room and a large bedroom comprising 4 single beds. . The large picture windows look out onto busy, cosmopolitan Praed Street.

Up one flight of stairs you will find three additional bedrooms, the bathroom and a utility closet, where washer and dryer are located. Two of the bedrooms are medium sized and furnished with double beds, while the third is much smaller and features bunk beds. Please be aware that these bunk beds are suitable children or smaller adults.

Recessed lighting is featured throughout the apartment. There is central heating but no air conditioning although in the case of a heat wave we will provide fans.

If you are part of a large group you can also rent our next door property which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 persons.
