About this property

Fort Myers Beach Fun

Our fifth floor, gulf-view condominium (Building B at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club - EBTC) -- with spectacular water and beach views -- is situated on a white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The waves are gentle, and the gulf-floor slopes gently to an offshore sand bar which provides seven miles of protected beaches. From our balcony we frequently spot dolphins playing in the Gulf waters.

After coming to EBTC for many years we recently purchased this condo and are committed to being good hosts. The spacious bedroom, which can be separated from the living area by a folding partition, has a king-size bed. The living room has a sleep sofa, TV and WiFi. The renovated kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal, along with most items needed for cooking and dining in. The view from our balcony is perfect for watching both sunrises and sunsets.

There's an on-site heated swimming pool; two tennis courts and two additional courts that are lined for pickleball play (we provide a set of tennis rackets, pickleball paddles and balls for guests' use); and a shared laundry room with machines that accept coins and cards. There are several marinas, including one directly across from EBTC. A public trolley runs the length of the seven-mile island for a nominal fee.

On September 28, 2022 Hurricane Ian dealt a severe blow to EBTC and the Town of Fort Myers Beach. While facilities at EBTC are well on the way to being restored, the road to recovery for the Town of Fort Myers Beach will take some time. There are many encouraging signs of progress and a commitment by local residents to renew the community of Fort Myers Beach. It will be exciting to watch and participate in this process.

EBTC is conveniently located approximately 40 minutes from the Regional Southwest Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers.

Lovely Condo

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, from a well stocked kitchen to a comfortable bed. The welcome basket with goodies was a nice touch. We had great communication with the host. The pool is kept nice and warm, so even with the air temperature barely above 60, my husband enjoyed his swim. The beach was great for shelling. Most restaurants on the island are still closed since the hurricanes came through, and there is a lot of construction in the area, but that is no one’s fault. I highly recommend this unit.

On the slower area of the beach. Nice tennis courts.Unit is nice. King bed. Son (13) slept on sofabed.Downside (not the apt owners fault) few dining options close. Junkanoos (good) and Flippers (also good). Otherwise you need to go toward Bonita Springs. 20 min south.There is a Publix 2 miles north

Beautiful location

My daughter and I stayed the week of Thanksgiving. We loved the location and that we could hear the waves on the beach from our location. Enjoy the balcony view for a morning coffee. Beautiful beach, pool, located near Santini Plaza. Will defiantly return again

Better than described

Spent 10 days in this better than described condo. Condo well appointed with beach accessories and supplies. Will definitely stay in this unit for next visit. Everything open or soon to be open in the area after last hurricane

Lovely community

We stayed late August for 7 nights. We enjoyed being right on the beach. The pool was lovely and well maintained as were the grounds. The tennis and pickle ball courts were beautiful. Maintenance staff was present every day. The owner was easy to contact and I discussed a couple of things the cleaning people should attend to and I'm sure they'll be taken care of. The building is older but most units have been renovated/updated. There is a 7-Eleven half a block north of the property that also has gas pumps. A Publix grocery store is just a little further north. Many buildings are being rebuilt or torn down since Hurricane Ian, so there aren't as many places to go very close, but plenty to find north and south of the Estero Beach Club and are close enough by by bike or car. The community's front pond's fountain was not in working order yet. Everyone was very nice a considerate. You'll enjoy your stay as we hope to again.

Wonderful stay for our girls getaway

One word describes it all….wonderful!!! Everything from the booking to our stay. Our hosts we amazing with communicating. Any questions were promptly answered. We had a great view from our window and balcony of the gulf. Accommodations were just as described and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!!!!

The condo was as described. Seemed fair for the price great location. They are still recovering from the hurricane on the island and surrounding areas. Please come the beaches are amazing. Good kayaking, great shelling. A lot of food choices.

Unit and communication were excellent. Area outside the unit was disappointing with no pool, many blocked off areas. They did the best they could, but many pools nearby were open. It saved us $ by cooking for ourselves since no restaurant was within walking distance.

Relaxing stay with gorgous ocean view.

Room was impeccably clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything you needed. Beach was just outside the building, and the room contained many beach items you could take such as umbrella, towels, and awesome loungers. The balcony gives you a great view of the ocean. The host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions.

Tolle & gepflegte FeWo in ruhiger Lage und schönem Golfblick :-) !

Meine Frau und ich haben eine Woche in der FeWo "501 B" verbracht und waren sowohl mit der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter als auch mit der Wohnung bzw. der Ausstattung sehr zufrieden ! Das Gebäude B liegt mittig in der Gesamtanlage "Beach & Tennis Club Estero" und unmittelbar am Privatstrand (ca. 1 min Fußweg). Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit leistungsstarker Klimaanlage, vollständigen Küchen- und Freizeitutensilien (Sport & Strand), sehr bequemem Bett, guter Balkonausstattung und Privatparkplatz unmittelbar am Gebäude. Die FeWo dient als sehr gute Ausgangsbasis für jegliche Unternehmungen wie z.B. Sanibel / Captiva Island, Lovers Key State Park, Naples, Ft. Myers oder das Miromar Outlet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder :-) !

We loved Ft. Myers Beach!!

A great place to stay!! We booked this condo after reading it had keyless entry, a king-sized bed, and an ocean view. There was no formal check-in process, just use the code when you get there. So easy! And we loved not having to carry a room key with us!! The condo was clean and it was bigger than the pictures showed. A huge bonus was a VERY comfortable king-sized bed and nice pillows. There were plenty of bath towels & hangers, the shower had great pressure, and there were many other items for us to use: 6 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, bocce ball, tennis rackets and balls, washer toss game, beach bag, hair dryer, and an iron. The kitchen was stocked well, and it even had a few koozies. On our last day, we found there were 2 more pillows in the tv stand. It was very convenient having a shopping plaza with some great restaurants across the street within walking distance. Overall, it was a great condo and we would definitely rent it again in the future!! Thank you for a great stay!! 😊

Great location for fun in the sun

Liked the layout , nice views from balcony. Was nice not to have to drive as restaurants and shops right across the street. Nice pool and laundry availability. Left note for cleaning to wipe down the fans in bedroom and bathroom. Also when cleaning the tub..lift the bath mat in tub as there was hair under it .
