wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Sehr netter Empfang, Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, unter der Ferienwohnung ist ein Cafe mit Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Kuchen und Gerichten, auch dort sind die Bedienungen sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dort ein paar Tage eine Auszeit zu nehmen ist sehr empfehlenswert, wir hatten am Kunstteich eine himmlische Ruhe.

Die Wohnung entspricht absolut den Fotos. Alles modern und schick eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet. Highlight war die riesige Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Entspannte Tage in ruhiger Waldlage
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schick und modern eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen super Blick auf den Badesee, welcher wenig besucht und damit sehr gut zum Baden und Entspannen ist.

Sehr schöne, in der Natur gelegene Wohnung
Wir waren eine Woche in dieser sehr schönen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Den direkt angrenzenden Teich fanden die Kids super, zum Schwimmen und Tretboot fahren. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und der Tip mit der Besichtigung des Röhrigschachts (fußläufig) war eine tolle Idee. Da wir im Harz noch längst nicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen konnten, Zeit war leider zu kurz, ist ein erneuter Besuch nicht ausgeschlossen. Familie M-B aus Haar bei München

FeWo am Kunstteich
Die FeWo ist modern eingerichtet. Auf besondere Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist super und reichlich. Leider ist aus technischen Gründen keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Das Netz müsste verstärkt werden. Ebenso das WLAN. Nach 10 minutiger Nutzung wird man herausgeworfen und muss sich neu anmelden. Die Umgebung ist toll. Man kann viel erleben, sehen und bewundern.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub im Südharz
Die Unterkunft ist außerhalb des Ortes sehr idyllisch am Kunstteich gelegen. Leider war die von uns gebuchte Wohnung bereits belegt, so dass wir für ein paar Tage in die kleinere Wohnung ausweichen mussten. Die Vermieter kamen uns aber ohne Umstände entgegen und wir können somit beide Wohnungen bewerten. Alles ist ordentlich, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist super, auch Wäscheklammern am Flügeltrockner sind da. Überall sind Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, was wir sehr gut finden obwohl wir auch so keine einzige Mücke gesehen haben. Das Essen im Restaurant schmeckt auch lecker und das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich. Wenn das Problem mit der Doppelbuchung behoben wird, empfehlen wir die Fewo gerne weiter! Ausflugstip: unbedingt das Schaubergwerk in Wettelrode besichtigen! Wahnsinnig interessant!

Langes Wochenende am Kunstteich
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Ferienwohnung ist super eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist auch traumhaft, schöne Aussicht vom Balkon und im Harz gibt es viel zu unternehmen.

Die gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am 3,58ha großen Stausee über dem Waldcafé. Die Gaststätte hat viele leckere Gerichte, die man auch gemütlich oben auf seiner eigenen Terasse genießen kann. Am späten Nachmittag ist unten Schluss. Dann ist dort weit und breit niemand mehr. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche interessante Ziele, die sich schnell mit dem Auto erreichen lassen. So lässt sich der Urlaub genießen...

Beautiful property with a bathroom out of a four-star hotel
We loved everything about this apartment. The rooms were tastefully decorated, the kitchen with a big refrigerator, pots and pans, and a lovely working oven; the amazing deck looking out on the picturesque lake; and of course, the bathroom like something out of a 4-star hotel. Everything was just lovely. It's a bit unconventional, being over a restaurant, but once you get past the access (which has you walking through the restaurant door, into a private entrance, up steps and back over the establishment), the apartment itself is amazing. We had a huge problem finding the property, but a lovely waitress at the restaurant was kind enough to come lead us to the spot, and we were so grateful she did. Our overall stay here was superb.

Sehr schöne, saubere, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse, mitten im Wald mit Blick auf See. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Restaurantbetrieb im gleichen Haus störte uns überhaupt nicht. Gegen 20.00 h war meistens Schluss, dann war (meistens) nur noch Ruhe! Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Die FeWo ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt, vor allem da sowohl das sehr nette Gastgeber- Paar als auch das gesamte sehr freundliche Café- Personal sehr um unser Wohl besorgt war. Wir empfehlen das Appartement jederzeit sehr gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt auch mal im Sommer zurück.

Hidden Gem!
This newly decorated apartment lived up to our expectations. Beautifully decorated and well appointed with a contemporary modern approach. Every detail had been carefully thought through and we appreciated that - from the very comfortable box spring bed to subdued ambience lighting in the bathroom and the large screen TV with Sky Access and easy to clean kitchen/dinette. Two separate apartments are located above a restaurant which closes at 7pm. The shared balcony overlooks the lake and is hidden from view. An idyllic location off the beaten track. Perfect for rest and relaxation and one that we undoubtedly will be recommending to friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the area exploring walking tracks through mixed deciduous woodland and open vistas across meadows. Beautiful countryside. A former copper mine tour is also worth experiencing and within walking distance of the apartment. The Sangerhausen Rosarium was also worthy of note and must be superb in June, July and August when in flower.
