This Gulf-front 8-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom Miramar Beach home sleeps 28 and has spectacular beach views, a gulf-front pool, living spaces, and fantastic balconies with plenty of seating areas for all. Walk up from the beach, shower sand off at the outdoor shower, and then slip into the private, Gulf-front heated pool for an unforgettable sunset.
There are 4 guest bedrooms, a laundry area, a Gulf-front pool, and direct access to a private dune walkover leading to the beach on the second floor. A guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower has French doors that open to the balcony, pool, and dune walkover. A second guest bedroom also has a king bed and shared bathroom with shower, but this bedroom enjoys views of the pool and the beach through its French doors. A third guest bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. A fourth bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, and shares a balcony overlooking the neighborhood with the third guest bedroom.
Guests will enjoy lounging on the third floor. A spacious living, kitchen, and dining area have spectacular views of the beach and Gulf. Premium Dacor appliances, a gas range, gleaming quartz countertops, and pale sea green cabinetry in the kitchen create a beautiful space to prepare meals. Guests may dine at the kitchen island or at a dining table that seats 10. A wrap-around sofa and 2 armchairs surround a 65” TV and a unique, stunning seahorse sculpture. A wall of windows and French doors fill the room with incredible Gulf views. Guests may enjoy a meal outside on the balcony at the dining area for 18 or relax at the sound of crashing waves. A primary bedroom is opposite the living area, decorated in white and dark blues. A king bed and 2 comfy armchairs enjoy outstanding Gulf views through a wall of windows. French doors open to the balcony. A spacious private bathroom includes a shower and a separate soaking tub.
