Family Cocoa Beach W/E Break

We had a great weekend. The property was very clean and spacious and packed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Jen offers many thoughtful touches to enhance our vacation. Great vacation home!

We truly enjoyed our week at the sunny Lane beach home! Comfortable beds, home as advertised and our boys enjoyed all of the available entertainment at the home. Jen & Ken thought of all the details! We will rent again when we are back in the area.

Great location and great host

We loved staying here with our 6 kids ranging from 15 to 5. Everything else was perfect with provided beach gear, dart board, foosball, arcade, sun room with dining table for very enjoyable meals, putting green, and outdoor shower. The walk to the beach does have busy road to cross. The distance to the beach is nice, but the road made meant no running ahead for the kids. Our host was very responsive and helpful with a lot of attention to the little things. I would stay here again any chance we have in the future.

Property that has it all!

Great location! Well equipped kitchen, great game room, spacious back porch, and private back yard. Quiet street, on one side walk to the river for sunsets or walk across the street for the sunrise on the beach. All comfortable beds with plenty of space. Kayaks, chairs, fishing poles/gear, boogie boards, etc. to keep busy. One of the best, well thought out vrbo’s for playing outside or inside on a rainy day!

Sunny Lane Beach house is the best vacation home. Perfect location, ocean, intercoastal, restaurants, bars and shops all in walking distance. Jen and Ken are the ultimate hosts. The house was immaculate, beautiful and updated. Everything was provided that you would need for your stay. The yard and rooftop deck were a big hit and used daily. Best beach house!

We had the most amazing time staying here in cocoa beach. We stayed 4 nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The location is great, the beach is across the street and the fat snook next door is a must. Jen was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We loved the putting green, corn hole and the indoor games room! We will definitely be back, thank you so much!

Great Birthday!

This beach house is in a great location! It was so easy to walk across the road and to the beach. The beach itself is so nice and almost like a private beach with hardly anyone over there. We were also only a few minutes away from downtown. The owners left some homemade salsa for us that we all loved. My friend actually ordered a couple of jars. The house is nice with lots of activities. My friends were even saying they would love to stay at this beach house again.

Excellent Beach House

The hosts have thought of every detail. We had a wonderful time. Only concerns-We were unable to use the lagoon due to difficulties with access and there was no crosswalk from house to beach access so required extra caution to cross several lanes of traffic. Great value. Great location. Highly recommend for groups/families

Beautiful home

This is a great vacation house, you don’t have to worry about anything! They have just about everything you would need. The beach is right across the street, there an amazing restaurant next door and the sunsets are just breathtaking! My kids actually saw dolphins for the first time here. Just walk a few feet down to the banana river. My kids and husband especially loved the game room. We stayed at this house last October and everyone loved it so much that we booked it for our recent trip to Cocoa Beach and will book again for future trips.

Beach fun before cheer comp chaos!

Could not have asked for a better experience! The house and location is absolutely perfect. Jen has honestly thought of everything to make her guests feel at home. From sand toys, fishing poles and tackle, after sun care to kitchen amenities that most do not supply! We were amazed at the small touches. The game room was a favorite for the kiddos for sure. The beach is even closer than we had envisioned! We were able to run back and forth as needed without killing 30 mins each time! We didn’t have to fight for space as the beach was near empty! Couldn’t have been more perfect. We will most definitely be coming back!

Great House! Great Location

My wife and I took our 2 teenage sons to Cocoa Beach for Spring break. The house was in a great location, close enough to all the attractions and fun of Cocoa Beach but just far enough away to be off the beaten path, house has everything you could need for a quality vacation, weather on the beach, Kayaking the river or just hanging out and having fun with the family! Highly recommend this location for you next Florida east coast trip!

Doesn't get better than this!

I've had a lot of great stays in vrbo rentals, but this one really takes the cake. The family is already trying to figure out the next time we can get back! Everything was pretty much perfect. The rooms were fantastic, the beds comfortable, the space perfect for this family of 7. Literally a one minute walk to the beach across the street and a 30 second walk to the lagoon with the complimentary kayaks. The boys spent a lot of time in the game room when the sun went down with plenty of space to hang out and a screened in porch to eat meals as a family and an upstairs deck to just hang out and enjoy the weather/view. 5+ Stars all the way and if you have a chance to stay here, take it! Jen was awesome, really responsive and helpful. Check in was easy, towels, linens, cookware and everything was accessible and perfect. Thank you for the awesome family experience! Loved it!

My husband and I love being short term rental hosts in Cocoa Beach. We enjoy giving families and friends an opportunity and a place to create experiences and memories that will last a lifetime. Sunny Lane Beach House was our first, and we recently added Coral Palm Beach House in Cocoa Beach as well. We hope you love it as much as we do! Little bit about us-we have 3 kids, one an officer and pilot in training in the Marines, the other a freshman at UF, and the third in middle school. I am a Florida native and I have lived in Orlando since the 80's. I love to travel around our beautiful country, but Florida will always be my home.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! Very few properties are within walking distance of both the ocean and the river. This house is just steps from both, on the thinnest strip of land at the southernmost point of Cocoa Beach. Also, it's close to everything but on a quiet part of the beach, perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet and small. We love that our guests can fish, kayak and go to the beach without having to get into the car.
