About this property

Newly built holiday apartment in a modern country house style. 10 min cycle path to the beach

Here you are in the right place, if you want to enjoy a very modern interior, in the context of a country house. The apartment No. 2, built in March 2016, is located in the small village of Krokau. The room has a size of about 35sqm.
A small kitchenette incl. Fridge is also available.
The country house also offers a restaurant with typical North German cuisine.
Our surroundings (The Probstei) is ideally situated for walks along the beach or cycling through Rabsfelder and villages. The baker is 1 km, the larger shopping center is 2 km away. To the beach it is just, by the bike, 12 min.
The state capital of Kiel is only a few kilometers away and invites you to maritime walks and shopping.
Experience the idyll of the north with us.

The journey is always possible from 14:00 - 16:00 clock. Other times are possible by arrangement, of course.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, aber 70 € für das kleine Zimmer. Als Endreinigung fand ich viel zu teuer.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung war ordentlich eingerichtet und sauber. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von Krokau aus kann man zu Fuß in den Ort Schönberg laufen wo es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Zur Küste läuft man etwa 45 Minuten (sehr schöner Spaziergang) aber es gibt auch Parkplätze falls man doch lieber mit dem Auto fährt. Wir haben die Gelegenheit genutzt und haben von Krokau aus Tagesausflüge nach Hamburg und Flensburg gemacht. Die Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto beträgt jeweils etwa 1 1/2 Stunden. Ich kann eigentlich nur Positives berichten, einzig die WLAN Verbindung ist etwas schwach und setzt zeitweise aus, aber wir waren ja auch im Urlaub und da kommt man auch mal ganz gut ohne WLAN aus.

Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, allerdings kein WLAN auf dem Zimmer.
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und ruhig. Es wurden mehrfach neue Handtücher gebracht. Parkplätze sind ausreichend verfügbar und der Vermieter ist nett. Allerdings war auf dem Zimmer kein WLAN (aufgrund der Reichweite) verfügbar und man muss für besseren Empfang in das Restaurant sitzen. Dies ist eigentlich der einzige Nachteil.

Schön und ruhig
Sehr schönes und modernes Zimmer mit Küche , etc. liegt sehr ruhig. Von der Straße ist fast nichts zu hören. Sehr empfehlenswert. Zu Fuß ca. 1 Stunde an den Strand . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort Schönberg.

Top renoviert - neuwertig!
Ein sehr schön renoviertes Zimmer, das über ein ausgesprochen geschmackvoll gefliestes Bad verfügt. Besonders erfreulich war die Sauberkeit + Hygiene - eine wunderbare Unterkunft bei sehr netten Vermietern. Ein besonderer Dank an vorherige Beiträge, so war ich auf die tatsächlich fehlende Handseife vorbereitet ;) Werde bei passender Gelegenheit sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr schöner ruhiger Urlaub aber ...
Sauberes kleines Ferienzimmer auf dem Land. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nächsten Ort ausreichend vorhanden. Der Strand ist leider etwas mehr wie 10min. mit dem Rad entfernt. Wer ein Zimmer in absoluter Landidylle sucht ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Was uns persönlich gefehlt hat war eine Kaffeemaschine (eine Kapselmaschine ist vorhanden), Handseife und ein kleiner Wäscheständer für die Sachen vom Strand zum trocknen. Der Wirt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

schnuckelige Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Dorf
tolle kleine, ganz neue Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette zuvorkommende Vermieter, wir konnten sogar unsere Fahrräder einschließen. Von Krokau aus ist man mit dem Fahrrad schnell an der Ostsee, Fahrradtouren in der Umgebung sind ein schönes Erlebnis.

Fewo in Krokau
Das Zimmer ist wirklich top! Alles neu und modern eingerichtet.Kann ich jeden weiter empfehlen! Mit Kühlschrank, 2 Herdplatten und ein grosses geräumiges Bett. Krokau ist ein kleines nettes Dörfchen mit super Anbindung Richtung Schönberg / Strand oder Kiel! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke :)

Urlaub in Krokau
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich fast wie zuhause. In der Umgebung kann man vieles erreichen. Mit Auto, Bus oder Fahrrad. Alles ist vorhanden, was eine Ferienwohnung braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und sind beriet gerne nochmal dort hinzufahren. Liebe Grüße

Bis auf ein paar fehlende praktische Sachen, alles gut.
Vorzüge: Wohnung neu, stilvoll und hell eingerichtet, Nähe zum Strand und der Kieler Förde, Ruhe Fehlende, praktische Sachen: Fussmatte im oder vor Eingangsbereich, Garderobenhaken im Eingang, Licht direkt über Küchenzeile, Stühle oder anderes wo man zur Nacht seine Tageskleidung hinlegen kann, Klappteil zum Koffer ablegen, da man nicht immer alles auspackt und sich dann extrem bücken muss (für Schwangere wie mich und Menschen über 60 schwierig 😕), Handtuchhaken oder Stangen direkt am Waschbecken. Ist halt eine neue Wohnung, die man einfach nur hier und praktikabler gestalten könnte. Eine Speisekarte des hauseigenen Restaurants sowie ein paar Flyer mit Ausflugstipps direkt in der Ferienwohnung wäre schön. Sonst alles prima.
