The apartment has two double bedrooms and double sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom and living room with direct access to terrace. Terrace and garden are 70 square meter with direct access to the swimmingpool and garden area and the beach. Seaviews from almost everywhere in the apartment. Garage in basement. Lift. Has the wow factor

Ants coming up through unsealed cracks around both showers. My son, Tony, had to fix one of the showers before he could use it. No bins for recycling except glass bottles. The bottom falling out of one of the sun loungers. Lovely grounds and outlook, nice apartment. Thankyou!

La verdad que hemos venido encantados, el apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos, no el falta de nada, y la zona muy tranquila, lo que ibamos buscando con la situación actual. Las zonas comunes una pasada, la piscina muy buena para nadar, y los jacuzzis una pasada.

Comodidad junto al mar

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. El alojamiento está en una situación perfecta para unos días de descanso en la playa. Bien equipado y muy limpio. Las zonas comunes con la piscina y los jardines también están muy cuidados y son muy bonitos, el perfecto complemento de la playa. La vista desde el jardín del apartamento es del mar, que también se puede escuchar. Las fotos que aparecen en el anuncio son fieles a la realidad del alojamiento. Muy buena también la relación con María y Silvia.

Un sitio perfecto

El anuncio se ajusta a la realidad, el apartamento es perfecto, la zona de muy facil acceso. Las playas sorprendentemente aun conservan ese toque salvaje. El transporte publico pasa en frente de la urbanizacion, asi que aunque el coche facilita los traslados no es esencial. Solo me queda esperar para volver a disfrutar otra vez de este alojamiento. Perfect location! Wonderful hosts!

Although the sunshine didn’t cooperate with our plans for our stay, Maria’s place worked well. Maria & Silvia were both welcoming and flexible with arrangements. The location is great - right across from the beach or you could just relax in the comfy patio furniture on the spacious front garden area. Inside was all we needed and comfortably fit 2 couples. We hope to return again!

Beautiful and conveniently located

We really enjoyed our stay in late October at this rental. It was clean, nicely furnished with all that one needs for cooking and nice to have supplies for our 3 year old daughter. Location can’t be beat - across the street from a nice beach and with its own pool and hot tub. The pool wasn’t heated so we didn’t use it that much but used the hot (warm) tubs. There are a nice amount of restaurants within walking distance (15 min) - we especially loved El Texicano and are their twice. We also enjoyed CrossFit classes in Santa Pola (just a ten minute drive) and the amusement park there as well. Close to Alicante and Elche for different experiences. Highly recommend and a big thanks to Maria for letting us rent this lovely place.

Perfect Apartment, Perfect Beach

Location near airport, we hired a taxa when we arrived with plane. 15 minutes after we were at the apartment. The apartment had all we needed, the garden(with pool and playground) is lovely and a beautiful beach!! The boulevard in front of beach was always There is a small supermarket located 500 meters from apartment, the bigger supermarket is 3-4 kilometres away. We took the bus, it had a cost approx. 3EURO. Maria and her sister did a good job! Super experience!!

Fantastique appartement, résidence et vue!

Bel appartement très bien équipé. Nous étions avec un bébé d'un an et on manquait de rien. La résidence est également superbe. Belle piscine et très propre. En plus de tout ça, une très belle vu sur la mer et Alicante. Tout était au rendez-vous pour passer de belle vacance. Je conseil cet appartement et reviendrai avec un grand plaisir.

Nice, nice ,nice

Close to a wonderful beach , in a beautiful garden with with a sea- overloooking, heated pool Plus jacuzzi and a children pool. Just what we wanted. And the appartment was very well- equipped and had the space for 3 adults and 2 children. Owner and her sister very helpfull. Arenales is a bit quit in september, but we went there for the sun and the water - and we got it!! A car is a good idea for going a bit around and for going to the supermarket in Gran Alicante.

Beautiful apartment near the Beach

Beautiful apartment near the Beach in Arenales. Well equipped and very clean. Great terrasse with Lounge furnitures and a small garden. The community has a well-kept garden, a large pool and 2 Jacuzzies. Maria, the owner was very helpful and kind. You need a car to go out to see the atractions. Alicante and Elche is only a short drive away.

Wonderfull appartement!

Walking distance from lovely beach with nice beachclub. Appartement has a nice privat garden, with relaxing big couch! Well kept garden and pool. Owners very kind and helpfull! Negatieve thing: Big swimmingpool very cold, not heated. Car is needed as not much to do (restaurants, shops, bars) in vicinity.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable, el apartamento y la urbanización están súper nuevos y se encuentra en primera línea de playa. La piscina también está estupenda y tiene 2 jacuzzis. Además Silvia, que fue la encargada de hacernos el check in y el check out, fue muy amable y nos dio indicaciones sobre supermercados y restaurantes cercanos. Por poner una pega, el wifi de la urbanización no iba muy bien y la cobertura de los móviles no era buena, pero por lo demás todo muy muy bien El que quiera madrugar puede ver unos amaneceres preciosos desde los sofás del jardín privado del apartamento
