We had a great time skiing and enjoyed the condo. The only reason I gave it a four star on the cleanliness is because I’m not a fan of the furry rug in the living room and in the bathrooms.
Nice property with everything we needed and most importantly parking for two vehicles included. Nice kitchen, comfy beds, clean, and the check-in/check-out etc. was easy. Would definitely stay there again.
This is a beautiful condo. We had everything we needed and plenty of room. I would recommend no more than 4 adults. The location was also very good. Shuttle route wasn't far (8-10 minutes walking) and 4 o'clock run was about 7 minute walk. Parking was easy and available. One issue however was the noise from the unit above. One night it seemed like someone was going to and from the bathroom (all night long) with ski boots on. A lot of squeaking and floorboard noise from above. I had ear plugs and that helped. I'm not a heavy sleeper so it was a bit of a problem for me. Great condo as long as you can sleep through a little noise from above. The management was very responsive and friendly. Overall, it's a great place.
My family of 4 had an excellent stay. It was convenient to the slopes and very comfortable. Everything was in good condition and very clean. We didn’t cook while there, but enjoyed the coffee makers with our bagels.I greatly appreciated the humidifiers which made such a difference this time of year. The only downside was the lack of sound proofing between us and the upstairs unit. It wasn’t too bothersome as it was limited to only a few instances, but it was surprising that they didn’t put anything to dampen sound between floors when they built it years ago. Even with that we will be back again for our next stay in breck.
The condo was great and decorated with nice taste. They thought about a lot of little things to make it easier to store jackets and boots. The only challenges we had was that the washing machine did not work and the sheets on the sofa bed were not clean up upon our arrival. We were going to just wash the sheets ourselves, but because the washing machine didn’t work we couldn’t do that. With that said, the property management company was very responsive to provide new sheets, but the washing machine probably needs to be fixed.
We come to Breckenridge every summer. I really loved this location. Five minutes from Main Street and secluded. It was the perfect size for me and my three children ages 22, 17 and 15. Condo was clean and management provided what we needed. The upstairs tenant was very loud but that is what happens in condo/apartments.
This property was accessible to lots that the resort and town has to offer. The decor and furnishings were on-point for the size of the property and the needs we had while there.
We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was spacious, well appointed and perfect for a work-play stay. We ran (literally) to town every day and headed in for dinner by car every night. The location is convenient for town, orec access and for cooking in. Thoroughly enjoyable location all-year round.
We had a great stay. Convenient location and parking. The unit was as adverised. Easy check in and check out. Prompt communication with the property manager. No complaints.
Exactly as listed! Super easy, short walk to 4 o’clock trail to snowflake lift. It sleeps seven, but 4 adults was perfect.
Would definitely rent again! The check-in and out was seamless.
Property has updated finished, clean, and well stocked. It is located on the 2nd floor and there are stairs from the parking area to the building as well. It is a short walk to the ski run and is a great location for any season.
Terrific location- both ski in and ski out! The condo was stocked with all we needed. Having two full baths was great with teens. We used all the kitchen supplies, dryer and fireplace. The TV had all channels we needed and a great pic. Enjoyed the provided games- yahteez
The property really is amazing! It's a two minute walk to Four-O-Clock run. The space is perfect with a great kitchen and two bathrooms.
The only downside was the dryer was broken and I really needed to wash laundry after a long week of travel. After telling the property manager, I was told I could go into town and use a laundromat, which wasn't the response I was expecting based on the price and quality of the place.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Definitely not ski in/out
Condo inside was great but.... definitely not easy walk to slope...1-2 blocks! No ski locker on ground level. Condo on second floor so skis had to be carried up flights of steps at the end of the day. Dryer did not work the entire week we were there; however we were compensated a little bit for the inconvenience. Management company kept telling us every day it would be fixed?? For the cost of the condo I will stay at a much more convenient location next time.
We had some complications with friends and needed to cancel the condo. We had purchased the trip insurance and were unable to use it since it was so close to the stay, we tried to contact the owner but never got a response and property manager was no help. Very disappointed that owner would not speak with us. Condo was decent but pots and pans need to be replaced unless you like eating teflon. They neglected to tell you that getting into the condo means 4 sets of steps and a couple of hallways, ridiculous. Bringing luggage in was not fun. Management company did not maintain parking lot or steps. Mater bath sink was clogged and water came out very slow. Ski in ski-out aspect was not bad, short walk but they say it is close to town and that is not the case, very long walk if you were going to do it. Make sure the first thing you do is put the parking pass in your window, they have ticket police for parking that are there everyday and if not displayed in front of there face you will get ticket.
This was a great little spot with a great location for our summer vacation. Unfortunately the high elevation took a couple of us out for a day or too, but we were able to stay last minute for an extra night so we could at least enjoy one more day in Breckenridge. Then it rained! But the condo was super clean, great location and easy access!
