Waterfront home on canal to Lake Tarpon. Great place to relax!
Great vacation destination along Florida's Gulf Coast and some of the nation's top rated white sandy beaches! You can head to Clearwater beach for action packed fun or Honeymoon and Caladesi Island for a relaxing time on a beautiful sandy beach. Love to golf? We are located just a 5 minute drive to Innisbrook Golf Resort among many other beautiful golf courses in the area. If you just want to hang out and relax, the house has that too. With direct access to Lake Tarpon, you can bring your boat and drop in the water at nearby Anderson Park, and tie it up in the backyard along the canal; or use our 3 kayaks to explore the large lake and go fishing and relax in the backyard when you get done.
This is a great location to do just about anything. Home is minutes to beautiful gulf beaches, world famous Tarpon Springs Spongedocks and Innisbrook Resort and Golf. Great vacation spot with lots to do and see. 30 minutes to Tampa and surrounding bay area. Approximately 60 minutes to Busch Gardens and about 2 hour drive to Disney and Universal Studios Orlando.
This lovely home is about 1200 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is eat-in style and nice and cozy seats 5 adults.
There is no cable, only roku channels, Peacock, Netflix and amazon prime streaming are available to watch some movies or binge your favorite shows.
For added fun, we have a Wii system with some games in one bedroom and an xBox 360 in the living room. Also, there are board games available too!
We want all of our guests who stay here to feel welcome. Please do not smoke in or near the house where smoke can get in. This is a smoke-free and pet free residence. Any sign of smoking or smell in the house will result in an additional cleaning charge of $300.

We love the water, beach and being outside (when it's not too hot). I have lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years and love this area. My husband and I go to the local Threshers games and Rays, Bucs and Lightning games. We enjoy the concerts that are at the fairgrounds and Amalie arena. We also love to see shows. There's a comedy club right down the street from the house (Snappers Comedy Club and restaurant). So much to see and do. Never can we say, "there's nothing to do!"
Why they chose this property
This house is a great little getaway and we want to share it with people who love the Florida sunshine and all Tampa Bay has to offer. We enjoy this area and would love for others to enjoy it as well. We love this little house and the lake. It is very relaxing to kayak out on it or fish and enjoy the Florida sunshine, wildlife and just be outdoors and how exciting it is to have it right in your backyard! We know you will too!
What makes this property unique
Access to the lake right in the backyard is a great benefit. Honeymoon Island Beach and Clearwater Beach are nearby. You can check out the history and shops of Tarpon Springs Sponge docks and even go out on a Gulf deep sea fishing trip, dolphin boat tours, parasailing. Pretty much anything you want to do is a short drive away.
