Spring Break!

We came out as a family to stay near to my Mother in the Wayzata area. It was a pleasant experience and we had a good time staying at this cottage near to bays and parks. Overall a good experience and the hosts were very responsive. My VRBO app was not working so well, but not their fault and really did not make any issues. Love Minnesota even in the Winter!

Great stay in Wayzata

My wife, son and I spent a very enjoyable long weekend in Wayzata. This house was perfect for us. It was exactly as advertised -- well located and very comfortable. We highly recommend this home for any visitor to the area!

Great family house with nice location.

Perfect house for a summer getaway. Lots of activities close by (Tennis, playground and lakes). House was great for our family 3 with well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space.

Perfect Getaway!

What a great place to stay when we came to visit family! The house was well-appointed, very clean, and close to so many things. We took advantage of the park next door for walks, playing on the playground, and introduced our daughter to tennis. The location was perfect for exploring the city and getting around was a breeze. Our hosts were very responsive to all questions and helped to make our stay perfect! Their recommendations for places to eat and explore were great and we have a new favorite in Crisp & Green. We will be planning to stay here for our future visits and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood and a super comfortable place to stay.

Great location, nicely updated home

The house is very comfortable and sits on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood next to a public park with tennis courts and a walking trail. It is well-suited for families with master bedroom upstairs and additional bedrooms on the main level. Check in and check out was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home in a nice residential area

My husband and I stayed here during our wedding week. It was a cozy homebase for us for the week. The upstairs primary suite is nice and spacious, and the downstairs bedrooms are cute, too.

Updated cozy and just perfect

Loved the fully updated house! It was beautifully equipped. The hosts were lovely to communicate with, the house was clean and cozy, and they left us some wonderful welcome snacks and drinks in the fridge. I would definitely stay here again! Very convenient to Wayzata town and beautiful area to visit, wish we had more time to explore.

Great location, close to beautiful lakes, great restaurants and fun towns. Beautiful neighborhood, fun walking routes and loved spending time out on the patio.

Great location!

House had plenty of room for our family and is in a great location. A quick 5-10 minute drive and there are tons of food and drink options. There are many nearby outdoor activities to do as well.

Great home in residential neighborhood

Very happy with our week-long stay here! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well-stocked. Communication with the owners was helpful and prompt. We loved being so close to Spasso, a. great neighborhood restaurant, as well as a few grocery stores. I was able to get a few neighborhood walks in and felt very safe. Very pretty park literally next door to the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This was a great location for proximity to several towns for shopping and fairly close to Chanhassen dinner theater. The upstairs room and separate bathroom is great for some separation from a group. The living room only sits 3 comfortably.

Perfect House, Perfect Location

I loved this house. I stayed here solo the two weeks before my wedding so I could both have my own space as well as steer clear of COVID. This house was cozy, clean, extremely well-kept, and a wonderful place to call “home” for a bit. The neighborhood is lovely— near the water and steps away from the opportunity to gawk at some glorious mansions (I went for several long strolls!) While deep in the Minneapolis suburbs, the location is quiet, yet very near main roads and highways. If you know the area already (like I do from growing up nearby), it’s extremely easy. Can imagine it might be too isolated for some as it’s not near downtown, but absolutely perfect for others. My only request for the owners is to add an exterior shot of the house to your listing. She’s cute and you should show her off! 😉 All in all, this house is awesome and you should stay here!

We needed a house for a few days due to a remodeling, it needed to be centrally located, roomy, nice, close to restaurants etc. This getaway delivered on everything, would definitely recommend the house. It was perfect!

Fabulous

Stayed at this wonderful home in May. It was very clean and neat. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The "3 season room" was fabulous for dinners each evening. The deck seating was cushioned nicely. We walked safely all over the neighborhood and our child enjoyed the swing on the tree in the side yard. Host was wonderfully responsive the few times we reached out. Would highly recommend this home and host. A few minor items that might matter to someone else (didn't matter to us): 1) this is an older home so the floors are a little squeaky. If there is a light sleeper in the party, they may hear others walking around 2) two of the bedrooms get amazingly beautiful sunlight in the mornings. If there is someone in your party who is bothered by early morning sunlight, they should bring a sleeping mask. Choose this home, you won't regret it!
