Logement nécessitant des travaux
Logement très humide, couette et oreillers mouillés. Le ménage est clairement à revoir (à la limite de l’intolérable). La cuisine manque de place pour cuisiner. Pas de table ni de chaise à l’intérieur. Pas de rangement. Trop de vaisselle inutile pour un logement de vacances. Électricité pas aux normes. Prises électriques défectueuses. Très mauvaise insonorisation du logement. Literie de bonne qualité, logement très bien situé dans une résidence sécurisée. Garage à vélo. Parking attenant.

Rafraichissement à prévoir
A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Différentes tâches ont été constatées (literie, couette, rideau, cuisine). Manque plusieurs luminaires. Les équipements sont anciens. Le lave-vaisselle a dû être remplacé durant notre séjour. Bref, cet appartement, malgré sa bonne situation géographique, doit être refait totalement et les équipements changés. P.S. : l'état de la VMC est inadmissible. Pourquoi laisser le détecteur de fumée, démonté sur le micro-onde ?

Appartement ancien ms avec tout le confort nécessaire. Petite terrasse très agréable avec vue sur le jardin. Situé à anglet, station a qq minutes de Biarritz ms il s agit d’une station très sportive et familiale. Animations à anglet le soir gratuites en été. Piscine agréable.

Location vieillissante
L’environnement est agréable malgré l’inexistence de mobilier autour de la piscine et une douche qui ne fonctionne pas. l’appartement lui, manque d’entretien : traces moisissure salle de bain, VMC complètement bouchées, manque de vaisselle 4 couteaux et 3 verres à vin. Meubles sous évier et sous lavabo sont très abîmés Le détecteur de fumée est posé sur le micro onde, une des couette est tachée …..bref un coup de frais serait indispensable. Peu de considération pour le locataire !!!!

Belle résidence avec piscine très bien située . Mais l'appartement est un peu vétuste et le ménage n'était pas très bien fait a notre arrivée. par contre l'appartement est très bien équipé lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, micro, onde......

Appartement bien équipé et confortable à Anglet, proche des commerces. Néanmoins, la voiture est indispensable. Belle résidence avec piscine bien entretenue. Le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge sont appréciables pour un long séjour.
