Great house for extended family! Large kitchen and living area for a big family. Also a large den upstairs also.Well stocked with kitchen/cooking items.Enclosed garage also. Thanks Aaron!
Great space for a family gathering, with plenty of room, comfortable beds and close to downtown Indianapolis. Very clean, super-communicative host, easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again.
Did have problem with hot water (not enough for our group of 7 adults) and upstairs bathtub did not drain properly. Also needed more supplies (ex: more paper towels, spray cleaner for countertop cleaning). And would advise installing towel bars or hooks in primary bathroom as the only one was small and very far from the shower.

The property was spacious and accommodating. The instructions from the host were clear and concise.
Detailed directions, great communication. The property was clean and the photos matched the listing. It was a comfortable stay and we loved the convenience to airport and other local shopping.
We have nothing but good things to say about this property. The two living spaces were perfect for our group to play pool or lounge with a movie. Owner was very accommodating!
Everything was clean and orderly upon our arrival. It was the perfect stay for all our friends, plenty of space to relax and have a fun weekend together! Aaron was a super responsive and accommodating host the whole time and made the entire experience top notch.
Wonderful home, very inviting and perfect for our family gathering. Family from Chicago and St. Louis drove in for a surprise birthday party and this home was perfect for us to gather, catch up, relax and spend time with one another! Lovely home! Couldn't have gone smoother.
Four friends and I needed a larger home for our trip to the Mechum Auto Auction at the Indiana Fairgrounds. This home fit the bill perfectly. I will describe the neighborhood as on the mend. Many homes in the area have been renovated or in the process of renovation. This home appeared practically brand new and a great location for us and our event. The host was a great communicator and all expectations were met. Having a garage we could use was a nice perk of this property.
The host was very attentive and was great with communication. The space is large, with plenty of places to sleep for 9 of us in our own bed (and futons, couches, air mattresses). The public space is large too; we were there for a university research trip and were able to use the main space for a presentation for 20 people with plenty of room to spare. The students loved the pool table.
Two minor issues: the rug in the main areas was not properly vacuumed (popcorn from previous guest), and the dishwasher was not working (horrible smell, couldn't leave it open for more than a moment). But the host was very responsive to both issues, and offered to repair the dishwasher right away.
Bottom line: the place was big, comfortable, in a good location, and easy to use. I'd stay here again.
The house was absolutely beautiful, to the point it felt homey. Comfortable furniture, including bedding. First impression was a beautifully restored home with a poorly maintained lawn and shrubs. Grass was uncut, at least 6 inches high. This was corrected next day. On first impression, interior appeared well cleaned. However, after an hour of use, there were crumbs between furniture cushions in various areas of the house. Most egregious, stuffed in corner of one bed was a previously used sheet, in addition to crumbs in bed. Oven in stove was poorly calibrated and took forever to heat and toaster smoked upon plugging it in. There were other expectations that, only half a roll of paper towels, no replacement bathroom trash bin bags and only three wastebasket size plastic bags. Be prepared to provide your own paper plates, eating ware and plastic cups/ glasses. Some are provided are mismatched with service for about 8. We were a party of 11. We guessed that the owner did not live near by and was unable to check the work of his cleaning and lawn service providers. Easy fix to make this a super 5
property.

Nice layout, though not for everyone
My group of old high school friends picked this spot for a reunion weekend.
The location was a good midpoint for us and the layout was ideal.
However, upon arrival, we discovered it is not in the best neighborhood (the neighbor had four cars parked on their lawn and a decaying roof).
Additionally, the beds were AWFUL. While they were plentiful, they were very uncomfortable. Many of us woke up with back pain. The mattress is literally "Valu-pedic". It was a broad theme in the home - cheaply outfitted to be a rental. Furnishings and kitchenware (limited and cheap) were sacrificed to flip the home and maximize profits. Luckily, we brought several kitchen items of our own.
Beyond this, while the communication with the owner was prompt, it was less than forthcoming. We inquired about a late checkout weeks earlier and were advised to wait until they determined if another group rented just after us. However, in the week prior to arrival, it was disclosed that the cost for this would be $35/hour. On principle, we decided against it.
Oddly, we were instructed to strip the beds and do the laundry before leaving.
However, when we arrived, the bed sheets hadn't been put on the mattresses and there was laundry in the washer and dryer.
Needless to say, a few kinks need to be ironed out with this rental.
So, while the layout is nice and the location within Indianapolis is convenient - be sure to consider whether you value comfort and decide accordingly.
The house is set up nicely with common access bathrooms, which was great for us as a group of friends (vs. all family where en suites might be better).
The host communication was perfect. He was extremely responsive when needed.
The house is in a good location close enough to downtown but also not far from Broadripple.
It is not overly fancy, but for us was a perfect alternative to a hotel and it got the job done. My only improvement would be the selection of cooking pans/pots/utensils available. Besides that the home is well equipped and we would absolutely book again.
Everything was wonderful. The house was beautiful and it was just as described.
