This PET FRIENDLY property recently had a new modern makeover with new lighting, electronic blinds, ceiling fans, furniture etc. On site amenities galore: rooftop pool, hot tub, fire pit, gym and clubhouse with pool table, bar and kitchen. Great shopping, nightlife, and restaurants. Everything is walkable at Mercato including Whole Foods, Capital Grill, Hampton Social and the Blue Martini. Non smoking Unit for two adults with gated reserved parking.

Wonderful Condo at Mercato

We had a great time during our stay. Robert met us when we arrived and gave us a complete tour of all areas. The condo was fantastic with a large balcony overlooking the Mercato action. The condo had everything you would need including a washer and dryer. We were steps away from great restaurants, shopping and only a five minute walk to Whole Foods. It’s just a mile to the beach and we could walk there in about 20 minutes. We hardly ever needed to use the car. The wonderful pool and clubhouse were one floor up and could be reached in a couple of minutes. Pool was beautiful and heated too. We definitely hope to go back again someday.

What makes this property unique

Wonderful 40 foot balcony overlooking the heart of Mercato. This combined with the roof top pool, hot tub and gym, plus everything is walkable... that is what makes this a great place to stay! Having a Whole Foods on campus (3 min walk) is fabulous!
