🏡 The entire property will be yours. Always with the aim of providing the best experience during your stay:
🧹 Cleaning will be taken care of.
🛏️ Beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed set will be available for you.
🧼 Clean towels will be provided, along with a bath mat and a kitchen towel for each kitchen.
📶 Free Wi-Fi connection.

House Rules:
🚭 This is a non-smoking property. Smoking, using e-cigarettes, shishas, or any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of 250€ for additional cleaning costs.

⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.

🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the property, and sanitising the bathroom.

🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and tidy up the interior of the property. If you prefer not to do this, you can pre-book a "full cleaning" option for 30 euros. If this option is not booked in advance and these instructions are not followed, a penalty of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged.

🧹 It is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and tidy up the interior of the property. If you prefer not to do this, you can pre-book a "full cleaning" option for 60€. If this option is not booked in advance and these instructions are not followed, a penalty of 120€ for cleaning fees will be charged.

📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your ID via the Yaago platform, along with the necessary information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identities of the people present during your stay do not match those in the booking, we reserve the right to refuse access to the property.
