Our newly designed apartment is an apartment in a size of about 55 square meters. centrally located in Marburg.
The city center of Marburg with the historic old town and the pharmaceutical location - Behringwerke Marburg - can be reached on foot, with public transport (bus stop is right in front of the apartment) and with our E Bikes in a few minutes.
You can park your vehicle comfortably in front of the apartment on our property.
Directly behind our house you have the opportunity to enjoy the nature and the nearby forests for relaxation. Fortified and unpaved paths invite you to walks or bike rides.
In a few minutes you can reach the nearby Lahnradweg

Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired ....
WLAN, Flat TV and a modern kitchen with all necessary utensils we have provided for you.

Gutes Appartment mit Parkplatz oberhalb am Stadtrand
Für das Kennenlernen von Marburg war es eine praktische Unterkunft in Höhen-Randlage (gepflegte 1-Familienhausgegend) mit Busanbindung direkt vor dem Haus. Gut ausgestattete Pantry, detaillierte Infos waren vorhanden, leider kein direkter persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter, obwohl im Hause anwesend, nur per Handy vom Gast aus. (Dusche nicht hygienisch).

Sehr schöne kleine und moderne Wohnung mit allem was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Kommunikation verlief auch unkompliziert, Check-in war problemlos. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Die FeWo liegt nicht, wie angegeben zentral. Die Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür gab es wegen Bauarbeiten nicht, eine Info dazu hätte ich gern vorher gehabt. Bereitgestellte Getränke im Kühlschrank überflüssig!, da laut Preisliste überteuert. Ein Wäscheständer im Bad wäre hilfreich, die Handtücher werden so nicht trocken. Das sind kleine Hinweise, ansonsten ist es eine schöne FeWo

Die Strasse vor dem Haus ist für mich in der Woche zu laut (viele Autos) gewesen. Es waren leider nur 2 Frühstücksteller und 3 Teelöffe da. Das Kochgeschirr war ziemlich abgenutzt. Das Apartment ist top.

Schönes Appartement oberhalb Marburgs
Der schöne Wohnraum ist sehr gut eingerichtet, das Bad ganz modern und groß. Gegenüber ist eine Bushaltestelle mit halbstündiger Verbindung, aber mit dem Auto geht es auch in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt. Wir haben es genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Great location, comfy bed
This apartment was great for 1 or 2 persons who want to take the bus into town for meals. Bus stop is right across the street. Beds were extremely comfortable. Wonderful views from the street (apt is street level) into the valley below. The kitchen is sharp looking and does offer minimal cooking utensils, but we were frustrated that there wasn’t a normal drinking glass to be found…only tall pilsner, champagne, wine and macchiato glasses. If you want to cook you will need to use the stovetop afterwards for space to wash & dry the dishes. The fridge was half full with bottled wines & beer, which could be had for a price. We had to remove them to make space for our groceries. Empty spice bottles and a lengthy price list including 50 cents for a tea bag struck us as a bit unwelcoming. Lighting was not great (except for right in the sleeping area) and several bulbs were out, including a necessary one above the bathroom sink, leaving the bathroom dimly lit. While bulbs can be missing or out in lesser used fixtures, it seems when an apartment is well-prepared for guests one might notice that important bulbs are out. Shower stall has zero areas to set down anything one might need in the shower. Only empty wall space. Its possible we were spoiled by a prior apartment that had several hooks and bars and ledges in the bathroom. While we were happy with the location, our first and only encounter with the owner upon arrival was less than friendly. We would stay there again, if we couldn’t find anything else.

sehr hoch gelegene Fewo
was unter fussläufig zu verstehen ist, ist wohl sehr unterschiedlich. Wir sind ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Bus zur Marburger Altstadt gefahren. Laufen war für uns, wegen des großen Höhenunterschieds nicht sinnvoll.

Schöne Lage
Sehr gepflegte schöne Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage in Marburg mit perfekter Busanbindung. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen, war schnell in der schönen Oberstadt und ebenso schnell in herrlicher Natur und in Wiesenlandschaften unterwegs. Habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Danke

Wohlfühlort
Eine sehr gemütliche kleine Wohnung, die mit allem brauchbaren ausgestattet ist. Sie liegt oberhalb der Altstadt in Marburg im Wohnviertel. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde sie immer wieder buchen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Sehr schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen; sie ist sehr geräumig, (inklusive eines außergewöhnlich großen Bades), und die Ausstattung allgemein hat wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Schöne, ruhige Lage oberhalb Marburgs mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, (Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus). Sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
