Upon entering, you will discover a spacious living room with a large sofa and a flat-screen TV. Next to it, a dining room with a large table that can bring together the whole family or your group of friends for convivial meals. The marble American kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. You will also find a coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, and kettle to complete your comfort.

Still on the ground floor, a first bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200) awaits you, accompanied by a desk if you wish to work. You will also find a first bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.

Upstairs, you will have four other bedrooms: three with double beds (140x190) and one with a single bed (90x190). Also upstairs, an additional bathroom is at your disposal, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer for your comfort.
