Single story, ranch style - residential 1,700 square foot Home in established neighborhood.

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and full laundry and kitchen with counter and dining room. High ceilings, fireplace and free Wi-Fi internet access.

All new carpeting, interior paint, new AC and heater, plus new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and 5-burner gas range. New gas water heater. New kitchen flooring, stainless steel sink. New sliding shower doors in 2nd bathroom. Free Wi-fi, Cox cable and parking as
well.

My vacation house is well located to Camp Pendleton Marine Corps base, Legoland in Carlsbad, Oceanside pier and beaches, and Mission San Luis Rey. I've also had folks go to Anaheim for Disneyland which is about an hour away. 😊

Great value stay!
This vacation rental was immaculately clean! The check-in process was seamless as our host Peter sent me detailed instructions. Casa Arbolitos is a spacious home full of nice amenities. So much is new including all the kitchen appliances, flooring and carpet. There were so many unexpected things included in the kitchen cabinets such as coffee, tea, spices,and oils. Dishes, utensils and cookware were plentiful. The beds, linens and bath showers were great! Also, the A/C works great! It was obvious that Peter is making his way through the house and updating Room to room. This large 4 bedroom home is a great value and we hope to return!

Home away from home.it was lovely stay .just perfact and comfortable. The beds are heaven .played hard with kids during day so need a good bed .beds top notch slapt hard a rock . We hope to do this next and hope to get same place.

OC Family Vacation Home
This is a huge home that easily facilitated our family. Close to the Mission and a short 7 min drive to beach. Near grocery stores too. The host, Peter, is an exceptional host!

Excellent property and even better host
These vacation rentals are always hit or miss. This was the best vacation rental experience we have had. The host, Peter, was fantastic. He checked in on us making sure we had what we needed and even allowed us to extend our stay a day when we found out we had a day to spare. The house was clean, roomy, well stocked and to make everything easy most everything was labeled. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a top notch get away.

Great location!
Peter was great to work with and accommodated our group short notice. He was a very responsive host. Location of property is convenient between LA and San Diego. The 4 bedrooms worked well for our family to give all enough space.

Many days of heavy earthmoving equipment a few yards from patio bringing lots of noise and sleeping interruptions. Minimal broadcast channels, streaming worked well.

This house was perfect for our family to visit Cali for the Marine Graduation. The rooms are spacious along with the bathrooms. The house is very detailed on how things work and where things are located, making it very easy to navigate. Highly recommend due to the nice neighborhood and you can't beat the price.

Our stay at this home was wonderful! It was big and spacious and fit our family of 8 well! It had all the amenities and the beds were very comfortable! Peter was very good to communicate with and answered any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Oceanside or San Diego.

Wonderful Stay
The place is nice, spacy, and clean. Location is quiet and is only a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. My only complain is the fact that guests are expected to wash the towels before checking out. If you take a shower the morning you chech out, you may not have enough time to wash the towels.
