Charming Wine Country Cottage Steps from Downtown - Permit #2012-27

Welcome to our charming two bedroom cottage in St. Helena, the heart of the Napa Valley. Our home is just steps from downtown restaurants, grocery store, shops, movie theatre, and wineries. Enjoy all the famed Napa Valley wine country has to offer. Choose to spend the day tasting at some of the world's premier wineries or visit the shops of St. Helena, Yountville, Calistoga and Napa.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is an additional pull out couch in the living room, which allows five persons to sleep in the cottage. There is one full bathroom, tub & shower. The property has a large back yard. We are in close proximity of world famous restaurants, including the Culinary Institute, and many wineries. It is a short walk to the town of St. Helena, with quaint little shops and a theater.

Please note: Our home is permitted by the City of St. Helena with an occupancy of no greater than 5 persons. The City and our neighbors strictly enforce this limit on us, so we have to enforce it on our guests. This policy will be enforced with exterior cameras that monitor the entrances and exits from the home only. Failure to adhere to this limit on occupancy will result in forfeiture of damage deposit and/or immediate eviction from property.

We kindly request that you confine your parking to our oversize driveway.

Wonderful cottage and walkability
My husband and I and another couple stayed here and loved the house. Wonderful location in St. Helena within walking distance to Farmstead, Charter Oak, Clif Winery, coffee shops and many other great restaurants/shops. The beds were comfortable and the backyard is pretty cute. We honestly had absolutely no complaints staying here and would do so again.

Lovely property in a great location
We had a wonderful stay , the property is in a great location, a 3 minute walk from the centre of the wonderful town that is St Helena. The property was easy to find and well equipped and the property manager responded quickly to texts. The lack of a kettle to boil water the swing seat breaking in the garden, the first time it was sat on (luckily no injury) and the lack of personal touches such as toiletries in the bathroom led to the good not excellent rating but notwithstanding that I would recommend the property.

The perfect cottage in wine country

My husband and I stayed here for a week while we got our daughter settled into her college. Very nice home with all the necessities. We enjoyed walking downtown from the home and eating at all the nice restaurants available. Very quiet location and the backyard was enjoyable with coffee and a book in the mornings.

This property was perfect. Cute, clean, stocked and near everything. Our daughter’s wedding was at The Farmstead just two blocks away. It was so convenient for us to get to the venue. We love it! It was a perfect weekend . Can’t wait to go back!

Charming home in St Helena
It was a lovely home right off the Main Street of St Helena, close to shopping, restaurants, everything else. The home had plenty of room for two couples and was well appointed. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay close town.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. This house suited our purposes very well. Our host was very mindful of how clean things were. Further, the kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were comfortable and the hot tub was very pleasant. Being one block off of Main Street was superb. Just far enough away to cut down on street noise and still close enough to enjoy what St. Helena has to offer.

Well, this was the most adorable, quaint, perfectly outfitted, completely beautifully decorated, entirely comfortable, ridiculously conveniently located, quiet little neighborhood VRBO.Two block walk to the Model Bakery for morning latte and amazing pastries. Super convenient for all Napa valley tastings. Walking distance (three pretty blocks) to Farmstead for a fabulous michelin starred dinner. Of street parking. Private back yard. Wonderful, convenient, cozy. Great stay.

Perfect little house in perfect location!
Celebrating retirement with my best friend by a visit to Napa. This is an older but updated charming little house. Comfortable beds. Kitchen appliances. Very easy check-in process. Location in walking distance to St Helena Main Street (shopping/restaurants) and Safeway grocery. Backyard is large and accommodating. We would have breakfast and sometimes lunch at home then off to the winery’s/dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

In the middle of everything!
Location, location, location! You can walk to all the shops in St. Helena and literally dozens of wineries are within a 10m drive. House is old but clean and tastefully furnished. It has everything you need for a nice wine-country escape. I would recommend 2 couples (4ppl) max. Also walk 3m to the local Safeway for all your grocery needs. I will find it quite difficult to NOT stay in the north of the valley after this great experience. Priced right.

We fell in love with the Napa Valley approximately 20 years ago, and thus purchased this beautiful cottage to enjoy throughout the year. Since we work full time, we would also like to share our home with travelers so they may also enjoy this beautiful part of the world.

It has all the charm the Napa Valley has to offer. Within walking distance of town including grocery store, restaurants, specialty shops, and bakery.

What makes this property unique

Although secluded from the main hustle and bustle of St. Helena, our cottage is located within a five minute walk to the town which gives us the best of both worlds.
