Relax with the whole family at this recently renovated first floor condo! 2 bedrooms and 2 FULL BATHROOMS with memory foam sleeper sofa! Every room features a smart TV! 5 min walk to tons of shops and dining at the Grand Boulevard. Just a few blocks over from the beautiful beaches of Sandestin! The bench and table are no longer in the unit, instead there are 4 barstools at the bar in the kitchen! Amenities include; pool, gym, and free parking! This condo sleeps 6. We are also dog friendly!

Problems not quickly taken care of.

We arrived to no air conditioning which was 18 days before getting fixed after so many days we offered to finally go get box fans which he agreed to and reimburse us for.Then tellling him we'd be leaving sooner he then finally replied They'll be there in the morning. Another issue was a toilet leak which also took time that was totally replaced and badly needed to be. Also the issue of the lock our door after 2 weeks wasn't working I was told simply to keep in contact with him finally that got replaced . Yes things got done but not in a timely order. There were more issues but those were our main concern.. Great Location is all I can say.
