Spacious 3 bedroom cabin with hot tub

Bring the whole family and prepare to spread out and relax cabin-style. Gather around the wood fireplace and enjoy a game of pool. There are 2 smart tv's to binge your favorite shows on. Or unplug and and take in the sights on the wrap around porch with a good book. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen and firepit, then hop in the 8-person hot tub. located just 5 minutes from hiking trails, Paintsville lake state park and golf course, and local eateries . Walmart is conveniently only 8 minutes away.
The space
This cabin is 3000 square feet, and has plenty of room to spread out. the porch has several rocking chairs, a porch swing and an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is a fire pit outside, near the out door kitchen and sectional. There is a large hot tub, with Bluetooth speakers and lights. The porch has lighting and fans for evening comfort and plenty of seating. The property is secluded on 15 acres, with a view of the mountains. There is a custom pool table also in the living room. There are 4 couches and a recliner in the house. The master bathroom has heated floors, and a custom walk-in shower with body jets and a bench seat. There are 2 bathtub/shower combos great for small children. Washer and dryer on site in case any laundry needs to be done while on vacation. Complementary soap and shampoos are provided.
Guest access
There is plenty of parking on the premises, Probably 6-8 cars could comfortably park at the cabin itself on the flat parking pad. Any additional vehicles could park in the driveway itself. The driveway was just paved with asphalt, so any vehicle can access the cabin. GPS will get you to the cabin and also help navigate to any attractions you want to see/do! There is a keypad lock for self check in and check out.
Other things to note
There are some neighbors a few hundred yards away, so please be mindful of that in the late evenings to not make too much noise outside.
Guests are encouraged to bring sandals for getting to and from the hot tub, so it stays clean and usable for other guests. Also if hiking is something you want to do, don't forget to bring a backpack!

Beautiful cabin!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin!! We stayed for 3 nights and the property was clean, spacious, and set up for relaxation! We had fun sitting around the firepit, using the hot tub, playing games, and taking in the peace and quiet on the porch swing. We went to Red River Gorge one day (about an hour away), and on another day, we checked out some of the Hatfield/McCoy stops in Pikeville. Communication with the property owner was excellent! We hope to come back again!

Great host! Great property!

This was a week long work trip with myself and 4 other coworkers. Plenty of room. Was great to have a fire and relax after work. Host was great to communicate with! We will be back hopefully in June and with any luck the property will be available again! House was very well stocked with everything you normally forget on a trip and that was nice! Would also be great for a family retreat!

Fun times at Cabin - KY Jenny Wiley

The Holler where this cabin is located has so much to do around it. We walked a trail that ran through the Holler the weather was awesome, we cooked at the house, Had some good times around the fire pit - actually had some family bonding times in the best way !! Will definitely return! Awesome Holler!!

Pros - beautiful setting and the layout of the cabin was great! There are a plethora of supplies in the cabin which was very nice! Communication with the host was easy and most times responded in a timely manner. Cons - The fridge/freezer was not working well when we arrived, the hot tub was very dirty - we ended up wiping it down ourselves in hopes it would clear up so we could use it, and there were mice in the cabin.

Fantastic Get-away

The cabin was delightful! Perfect for our family! The pool table and hot tub were a bonus. The driveway is a little scary, but the top view is definitely worth it. Loved sitting on the wrap-around porch and using the outdoor kitchen. Daniel was accessible and pleasant. We rented a pontoon at Dewey Lake one day- highly recommend it! Overall, a wonderful stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Relaxation

We had a great, relaxing time at this cabin! The inside is gorgeous and welcoming. I'm rating the cabin at a 4 because there were ants inside the cabinets due to sugar cubes, and there were mouse droppings in the kitchen as well. The hot tub was one of the nicest ones we've used, so that was nice after a long drive. We loved the porch area but would advise others to be cautious because there were a lot of wasps. We did have a couple instances of getting stung; one by a black wasp and the other by a carpenter bee that had dug a hole under the arm of one of the outdoor chairs. The cabin was very easy to get to and in a quiet location. Daniel was easy to reach and quick to respond. Overall, we would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Family get away

Great place to stay with family. Dog friendly. Big buck hunter and pool table a hit. Need a new refrigerator. Ice bin gone. Door shelves gone. I improvised. Bring shoes to go from house to hot tub. Lots of bathrooms for everyone. Great table for cards. Plenty of chairs on porch for evening enjoyment. I would recommend this place to stay.

Gorgeous Cabin

This cabin exceeded our expectations. It was stocked beyond anything we have ever stayed in before. Super clean and Daniel was very helpful and prompt in answering all my questions. Was truly a great time. The cabin is huge and spacious, plenty to do and lots of room to relax. The pool table was a hit with our teenagers. Thanks so much, very highly recommend.

Eastern KY Country Beauty

Family of 9, ages 13-66, everyone enjoyed this home. I always said when I retired, I want to live in a home that makes me feel like I'm on vacation everyday - well this is the one. Wi-fi is very good for this secluded area. TV/Netflix access provided fun late night family movie nights. Kitchen fully equipped. Large great room kept me in touch with the family as meals were prepared. The pool table was a big hit with the guys. I could keep going on about this property. We loved it and will be back. FYI, Dewy Lake/Jenny Wiley State Park provides pontoon rentals at a great price. This home offers so much - don't overlook this one and the homeowner easy to communicate with, checking in and out were effortless.

Great Family Getaway

The pictures do not do this house justice! It's absolutely beautiful and decorated with Kentucky charm. Daniel is a wonderful host and was very accommodating. We are a law enforcement family and do not have many days off. He let us in early and he answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) promptly. I would definitely stay again!
