"Welcoming Condo with Ocean View" This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area with a sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a King size bed, the second bed is the sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is fully stocked with linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and all kitchen utilities and appliances. There is a split AC unit located in the Living Room. The condo is located on the ground floor. The spectacular views from the patio are a perfect accompaniment for your morning coffee or tea. And what better way then to end your day with a glass of wine while you gaze into the sun setting over the Pacific!

This condo is located at the Pono Kai Resort in the historic town of Kapa'a, Kauai. Kapa'a has a small town feel and the resort is within walking distance of many restaurants, boutiques, shopping and grocery stores.

The Pono Kai Resort has many amenities and activities on site. Tennis and pickleball, basketball, exercise room, shuffle board, horse shoes, golf greens, croquet court, board games, and a swimming pool and hot tub.
There are also BBQ's located throughout the resort and laundry facilities located within each building.

The Pono Kai is a great resort where you can truly relax and enjoy all that the Garden island of Kauai has to offer. Come enjoy your stay with us!

Great location and beautiful views
We loved waking up to see the sunrise each morning from the lanai. Unit was well equipped and the size perfect for our family of 3. We enjoyed all the onsite activities like being able to checkout games for a needed down night.

Great place to stay in Kapa'a! Was only 100 or so yards from the beach, great views! Place was almost perfect. About the only issue was the outside lights were not on a switch, on all night long, unless we just couldn't find it but looked EVERYWHERE! Location was amazing and the grounds were beautiful! Bedroom did get a bit warmer but as to be expected with the setup of the mini-split. Make sure to use the fan! Would 100% recommend, and likely go back!

Great location on the bike path / ocean front. All workers at the condo are excellent in the face to face contact except one lady working the desk in our 3rd day. Rude and rushed us out and didn’t help us at all
