Fully furnished quiet, comfortable and spacious townhouse condo located less than a mile (10-15 minute walk, 3 min drive) from MUSC and the medical district and conveniently 2 BLOCKS FROM FAMOUS KING STREET where you will find many wonderful restaurants and shops, with museums, aquarium, farmer's market and historic sites also within walking distance. This is a truly convenient and desirable location.

Very well appointed "home away from home" including kitchen cooking supplies and utensils, linens, large washer and dryer, laundry supplies, paper products and more!

There is also a courtyard with 2 off-street PARKING spaces--VERY hard to come by in downtown Charleston!

15 minutes from Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms beaches, 20-25 minutes from Surfer's Haven, Folly Beach. 20-25 minutes from historic plantations Middleton Place, Magnolia Gardens and Drayton Hall.

All bedrooms have queen beds and a desk for work. One newly remodeled bathroom is upstairs with a shower in tub. Newly remodeled master bathroom downstairs has walk-in shower. Small cafe table in kitchen, extendable table seating 5-6 in living area. Newly remodeled kitchen with everything you need.

Perfect location

We couldn't have done better for our 6 week stay in Charleston. The place was walkable to nearly everything, but even in a college town, secluded and quiet. The kitchen was very well stocked, the manager was super responsive and it was pretty darn incredible to have 2 parking spots! WiFi was strong and reliable. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Charleston - we were so pleased with our choice.

Great place to stay for upper historic Charleston/College of Charleston

This second story condo is clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. There are three bedrooms (one on the main floor with a bathroom and two more a flight up which share a hall bathroom). A sizeable living room with plenty of seating and a nice TV. The kitchen is full service, although if you are looking at seating more than three people in a dining area, you won't find it here. The private courtyard parking is great and it is a short walk to Marion Square Park and the College of Charleston and only two blocks to Kings Street. I would definitely recommend this place. And the bonus - it is full of beautiful paintings done by the owner!

Absolutely Wonderful!!

The Condo was very clean and the rooms spacious. The location is amazing if you are looking to be within walking distance to downtown. It is also perfectly located if you wish to drive a short distance to the Aquarium, Magnolia Plantation, or the USS Yorktown, among many other wonderful tourist attractions. And having off street parking is key!! Will definitely book this Condo again. The owner was great, as she provided us with brochures and suggestions for places to eat as well. We had a fabulous time.

Convenient, cozy and CLEAN!

We rented this place for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Close to everything. Comfortable for the times when you just want to relax. And clean -- which is super important and not always the case. We would definitely rent here again.

Great stay in Charleston

We visited Charleston with my 2 year old daughter. We had a great time staying at this condo. The apartment was very clean and there was a pack and play and toys for my daughter to play with while we were there. The location was awesome- just a few blocks off king street. We walked everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location.

We loved the location of this condo near the Calhoun and King Street intersection. There are some great restaurants in the vicinity. Also having the parking places made the trip so enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable and the pictures on the VRBO site do not accurately reflect how nice the decor is kept. The place seems so much roomier than one would think. The living area had comfortable seating for our older parents and adult children. And the kitchen had everything. Thanks for the great stay.

Lovely condo in Charleston

We visited this lovely 3 bedroom condo to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday as a surprise. Our entire family stayed, 2 couples with one infant and a grandma (me)! The location served our purpose in that it was close enough to downtown for a long walk if that is what you like and a short Uber ride if you don't. There are restaurants nearby and King Street is about a block away. The condo was very clean and the beds were great. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. The owners sent perfect directions, as it is off the street and could be a challenge if you miss the entrance. They also sent along recommendations for things to do, places to see and restaurants. If you are traveling with small children they also had many toys available, which was a very pleasant surprise. My grandson made good use of all of them. Since my son now lives in Charleston if we all go back to visit him again, this is the only place I will book.

Great location and space

This condo is located in a great area just two blocks from Kings St. The condo is great space and is very clean. The pictures really don't represent the wonderful space. There are two bedrooms up and one on first floor with a private bath. I would highly recommend Halls Chop House Sunday Gospel Brunch it is a two block away and wonderful. I would also recommend making a reservation for this in advance.

Great location and comfort for a crowd!

We enjoyed the convenience to downtown Charleston. Easy walking distance to most historical sites. The kitchen was well stocked and there were many added features like games, beach mats, etc. We found the people easy to work with and very responsive. We all agree that we would come back to this property.

Spacious, well-kept, wonderful location

The owner was very helpful and available whenever we needed her. The condo is in a wonderful location, close to King St but away from the street for privacy. The pictures don't do the place justice for the amount of space there is and how beautifully it is decorated. We held a bachelorette weekend here and it was perfect for 8 of us. I would definitely go back here again and recommend it to anyone.

Great location. Very comfortable layout

Perfect for our needs. Was in Charleston for a tennis tournament with my wife, son and one of my son's friends. Getting in and out was seamless and neighborhood was great. Nothing but good things to say.

Great location; better than the pictures

6 Adults stayed 2 nights for a quick visit to Charleston. The condo was very neat and clean. The rooms were bigger than they appeared in the pictures. Although we did not cook, the kitchen appeared to be well supplied. The beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal; walking distance to the visitor's center, King St. and the trolley routes. Many places to shop and eat nearby. We did not use our vehicles; we walked & used the trolley. The only con was the lack of a ice maker on the fridge and ice trays were small. It was extremely hot and having ice for our drinks would have been an added bonus. There are 2 parking places for the condo with a small tree between them. The parking is a little tight and one adult's face was badly scratched by a sharp limb when entering their vehicle. It would be a good idea to have that tree trimmed. Overall our experience was good and would recommend this condo.

Great Location, Great City, Great Condo!

We had a great time in this condo which is in the heart of the city conveniently located to King St and close to just about everything! The condo was very clean and well kept and one of few with assigned parking. We enjoyed the short walk to King St for the different restaurants, bars, and nightlife and took very short Uber rides to play golf or get across town, it's only 10-15 mins to the airport! We highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!!

Wonderful condo in Charleston

We have a small condo in downtown Charleston but had 12 guests in town for a bridal shower for our daughter. We needed additional room for our guests so we rented this condo which was 4 blocks from our own. The condo was extremely clean and had everything you would need. Our guests were very pleased with the accommodations. It was easy to gain access and no need to contact anyone. Directions came with the information from the owner about places to see and good restaurants which would be important if one was not familiar with downtown Charleston. One of the best things is that the condo comes with two parking spots although somebody was using one. I would definitely use this condo again for guests and would recommend it my friends and others. Only comment not so positive is that the stairs leading up to the condo were very dirty but once you were in the condo, everything was super clean. The condo is 2 blocks from King Street and is close to many great things in historic Charleston. For me, it was a great find.

Perfect location and retreat

The owners have done a superb job including EVERYTHING you would need for a reunion with old friends!! It's in the little details that make the house a perfect place to stay!! Like enough hooks to hang towels, extra washcloths and toothpaste, blenders, extra blankets... It makes it all a completely wonderful experience!!! And the location is great, close to everything!! Needless to say our large party had a blast and this house was perfect for our getaway

Perfect for large families

The condo was great and had everything we needed for our weekend in Charleston! We had 7 adults and fit comfortably in the 3 bedrooms. There are 2 designated off street parking spaces, but the visitors center parking garage is only a few blocks away for additional parking. Cindy was helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient! We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Charleston.
