Mountain Blue - SKI IN residence in the heart of downtown Breck - Location!!!!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Enjoy all that Breckenridge has to offer from an amazing location! SKI IN to this cozy mountain modern residence, known as "Mountain Blue", at the end of a great powder day, and walk a few steps across the beautiful Blue River to all the shops and restaurants at night. It honestly doesn't get any better than this! Mountain Blue boasts a beautiful view of Peak 8 which guests can enjoy from the balcony, the dining area or the living room. This residence has a generous King size bed, a queen sofa sleeper, a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, a dining area and bar seating. The upgraded kitchen has stainless steel appliances, solid granite countertops, and is equipped with utensils and dinnerware. For our coffee lovers, we have a Keurig & coffee pot, as well as a variety of K-pods for your convenience upon your arrival. If you prefer not to be in your car during your vacation, this is the property for you! Mountain Blue is steps away from historic Main Street in Breckenridge as well as 2 blocks from the gondola. Take advantage of Breckenridge's free ride bus system by simply walking outside to the convenient bus stop located at the front entrance of the building. If you bring your car, you will have access to a heated garage, which is a HUGE bonus to booking our property. (No more searching for spots in town, then paying to park.) Don't let this property get away!!

Updated July 2023: We just recently added an A/C unit in this residence, so even in the heat of summer, you will remain cool. This sets our property apart from many others in Breck.

Location was perfect!

Location couldn’t have been better! The condo itself was nice, a little cramped for a family of 4 and the carpeting definitely needs replacing. But the kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Balcony and view were fantastic and finishing our day riding 4 ‘o clock all the way down was awesome. Walk to the gondola wasn’t bad (5-10 minutes is all). Super close to Main Street.

Easy and great stay in Breckenridge!

This was the perfect place for our short ski trip to Breckenridge. Everything is as described in the listing details! We loved the location — super easy to walk to the BreckConnect gondola or take the shuttle right across the street up to a different lift. And yes, it really is ski right down the 4 o’clock run all the way to end and your right at the door! Once we parked the car in the garage underneath the building, we didn’t need it again until it was time leave. Restaurants and shops were just a block over. While the building shows some wear and tear as befitting a typical well-used ski lodge.. everything was clean and operational. The building’s lobby is always staffed in case you need help and they hold your skis/boards. The condo itself is very cute and comfortable! It has everything you need to relax and get a good night’s sleep after a day on the slopes. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in Breck!

The best of Breck

We enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Blue condo very much. It’s a well appointed unit, super clean and sunny with an excellent host. All the amenities you’ll need are here, and the lodge was convenient to Breckenridge ski lifts and the surrounding village. Highly recommend for a family trip to the area!

Christmas Vacation

Perfect location, close to Shopping/Dining and you can watch the skiers coming down the slope. Owner is very responsive. Overall a great experience.

Great space in the perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The space is warm, roomy and comfortable. You’ll have a full kitchen and dining area, spacious living room and large comfortable bedroom. The living room has a pull-out sofa if you need an extra bed. And the view is just amazing. If you’re a skier, the 4 o’clock trail takes you right to the front door of the complex, where inside the lobby is the perfect place to check your skis or board and relax before heading to the hot tub(s) or to change for dinner. Everything is as described in the VRBO listing. There is ample parking a short elevator ride away. Getting up to the slopes is just a short (2 minute) free bus ride to the snowflake lift and getting into the historic district is … well you’re already there. Our host was really helpful with tips on how to navigate the free bus system and in helping us check in (which is a very simple process). I’d also add - more of a Breckenridge review - that one of our party doesn’t ski and has some dietary restrictions that can ruin a vacation (celiac disease). Many of the local restaurants take this seriously and so there were many really outstanding options for dining out. Commendations in particular to Tin Plate pizza and Blue Fish sushi, which are both a short walk from the unit.

Wonderful stay over Thanksgiving weekend!

Unit is exactly as described and pictured. Cozy with lots of amenities and in a perfect location! This property is conveniently located to Main Street shopping, all the restaurants, markets and the gondola that takes you to the ski lifts. The property manager was easily accessible and answered our questions promptly. Definitely recommend!

Great location and base for our stay in Breck

Great location for Breck. Easy shuttle ride to slopes in the morning and ski to lodge via 4-o-clock run at end of day. Walking distance (1block) to downtown and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary and matching items. Including a large crock pot which my family always loves to use for a hearty meal after a hard day of skiing. Thank you for everything.

Great Condo, Great Location….

This property was perfect for just the two of us to sneak off to Breckinridge for a quick ski vacation. The location is an easy downhill walk to the gondola to get on the slopes. When you’re done, take 4 O’Clock until it ends, walk across the street, and into the lodge! Super convenient!

Perfect condo

This is our second time staying at this property. It was a wonderful place. Great location to town and right at the end of 4 o’clock run. The place was very clean and well stocked. We will be definitely be back next year!!

Spring Break at Mountain Blue

Highly recommend the Mountain Blue. The owner is responsive and gracious. They sent a wonderful list of recommendations. The condo is no convenient. Buses pick you up for the lifts right out front. The real gem is being able to ski down 4 o'clock and walk across at the end of the day! So nice to to walk to town!

Christmas Vacation at Breck

Loved this property! I stayed here for a few days between Christmas and NYE and enjoyed every minute. Jamie was super helpful and tentative with questions I had. The inside of the apartment was super cozy and nice. It had everything we needed and then some! The property was across the street from lower 4 o’clock which makes its super convenient. The property is also walkable to all restaurants and bars in breck. If I ever come back to breck, I would stay here.

Wonderful Breckenridge rental

This condo was amazing and right in downtown Breckenridge. We loved walking to all the restaurants and shops. We also loved skiing down four o’clock run straight to the lodge. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a great vacation!

Why they chose this property

Mountain Blue captured our hearts because of its prime location to skiing and Downtown Breckenridge. We love the fact that we can park our car in the heated garage once we arrive and not use it again until we are headed back to Texas. Being able to ski directly to our building at the end of the day, as well as being steps away from historic Breckenridge Main Street was all it took for us to be all in!
