Access to a heated pool*! Step inside a private tropical retreat at the Gardens at 704. This spacious condo is located in the oceanfront Beachside Colony resort, covering an entire oceanside block. The beachside colony resort features two large pools; one heated in the winter, an onsite restaurant, and a convenient location. Tybee's Memorial Park is two minutes away, where you will find basketball, sandy volleyball, tennis courts, and a new kid's playground.

Gardens at 704 is a three-bedroom and two-bathroom condo with a private terrace. This calming condo has an open living space floor plan with space for your travel companions to gather. The living area sofa is a pull-out queen sleeper sofa bed. The full-size kitchen has plenty of counter space and is stocked with cookware to prepare meals. The dining table has plenty of seating, with additional seats at the dine-on kitchen counter.

The main bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo and features a king bed with an attached full private bath.

Two additional bedrooms with queen beds share a full jack and jill bathroom.

The Garden is a private retreat unlike any other on Tybee, with a private garden that will help give you the relaxing vacation you deserve.

Tybee Island Getaway

Great location. It’s on the quieter side of the island, but still within walking distance to many restaurants. The restaurant onsite was also extremely convenient. Private hot tub was a nice feature. Check-in process was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was 100% accurate of description provided. It is a beautiful place on the beach and in great location to anything you need. Communication with property manager and maintenance was great! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tybee!

This was the perfect condo for a family trip. We had a toddler and 2 infants and everything went so smoothly. It is close the beach, pools were easily accessible and clean, and we all had a great time. Highly recommend this place for your vaca!

Girls Weekend Get-Away!

We had a great stay and we were very well taken care of by the property management company. Communication was great when we needed it and we had one instance where one thing was wrong and they showed up at the door within in minutes to fix it! That meant a lot to us! The place was very spacious and we really enjoyed our stay.

We were impressed by the size of the condo.. the raised ceilings made it feel extra spacious. The hot tub was the best part for the kids. The beach chairs/toys/etc were a pleasant surprise as they were not mentioned in the listing. Very close to beach. Would stay again.

Amazing property

Everything was fantastic! Easy check in, plenty of covered parking, simple stroll to the beach, large pools and indoor/outdoor eating spaces on site. We used everything available to us in our condo, from the ice maker in the refrigerator to the hot tub on the patio. We loved it!

You honestly if you wanted to walk to everything you needed except grocery store you can! Walk out and the beach is right there- bar/food on site awesome !!

Spring break

Nice place very quiet, pools were great and the hot tub was a lifesaver since we unfortunately had not very nice weather. One thing I would ask for is some type of mop or swiffer in the condo and maybe extra batteries. One remote had none and we had to keep switching.

Nice place

Nice Resort with Restaurant and bar by the pools. Think there could of been better directions but over all nice place. Very close to the beach. If you go further down toward Restaurants on the beach like Fannies on the beach awful no where to park! Best to stay where your at! The Resort is in a nice location. Had fun! 🙂

We had a really great time and the condo was very comfortable. We had an issue with a bathroom door falling of the track. (My husband got his tool box and fixed it.) One of the hinges on the braces of the hot tub cover was very damaged, and the controls on the hot tub were fickle. The handle on the sliding door from the hall way to the hot tub area was damaged and we were afraid we would rip it off so we opened and closed the door using the frame of the door. This particular flaw could result in someone cutting themselves. They may want to look into replacing or repairing this. Overall none of these things affected out enjoyment of the island or of the condo. However, when you pay for something like this you expect a certain level of perfection, Thanks

I love it!

I stayed there with my two daughters. I only have two complaints. There was a can left in the patio are. Not a big deal. And bedroom no2, the bed squeaked so bad. Drove my daughter crazy. I would defiantly stay there again.

The outdoor space was amazing!

We traveled with kids (4, 10, 11) and teens, and the outdoor space was a lifesaver! They would hang out in the hot tub and didn’t mind being at the condo when it was too chilly at the beach. The high ceilings and sliding glass doors were great — it is a beautiful condo. Would stay here again any day!!

Easy access to the beach and the attached restaurant was awesome. It was a little chilly while we were there, so the hot tub was a huge plus! Also, ton of room in the condo!
