Guest Access:

The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the spacious garage, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool, backyard, and washer/dryer. You’ll have complete privacy throughout your stay. Plus, we are just a call away and available 24/7 to assist with any special requests you might have!

Interaction with guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self-check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other details to note:

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $250 per day Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Ask about our current promotions and specials.

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
