There is also a den area with sun room windows for another light and bright living area, plus a large desk and chair, and sofa bed with inflatable air mattress. The lake views are mesmerizing from every window!
Point Dillon is a highly desired location due to its unobstructed view on the shore of Lake Dillon. A large grassy lawn separates the condo from the lake and walking path. Perfect area for kids to play, or to sit and enjoy a drink. In the summer months the Dillon Farmers Market is just a short walk away. Walk to Pug Ryans, the Tiki Bar, Dillon Marina, Arapahoe Cafe and lots of other local favorite bars and restaurants in Dillon. The Dillon Amphitheater is also a short walk away for great concerts all summer long.
Just off the walking/bike path with hundreds of miles of paved paths from Keystone to Breckenridge, Copper, Vail and more! Keystone Resort is 10 minutes away and the other resorts, Copper, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin are about 20 minutes away. Vail is 45 minutes away. Close by (less then a 10 minute drive) you will find the Silverthorne Outlets, Recreation Center, Target, City Market (groceries) and several restaurants within walking distance.
This unit and the property is non-smoking, no pets. Garage Parking for 3 cars. Please note, garage clearance is 6'3".
An indoor heated pool and a hot tub with waterfall and mountain views are on site. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.
