Nicely equipped - good location

We enjoyed our stay here. Well equipped kitchen. Owner was responsive and communicated well. The entire house was comfortable and temperature regulated well in winter time. The parking spot is very small and close to the street, but not a real issue. Very conveniently located within easy walking distance to places in town like tests and hot springs. We would stay here again.

Birthday getaway

The property was great. Very close to town, quiet and cozy. We had the best time just relaxing all day and then going out at night. Very close to wolf creek. We love to snowboard. We would definitely come back!!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay house was very clean and stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking. Jeff was very nice and prompt with any questions that we had. Definitely recommend this cozy house.

Great stay in beautiful Pagosa Springs!

Stayed here with our family of 4 and another couple and had a great time! Comfortable house, close to downtown area…walked to dinner a few nights. We had a wonderful stay!

Spring Break Trip

We did a week long trip to Pagosa Springs for Spring Break with 3 teenagers. The house is very cute on the inside. Easy drive from the house to Wolf Creek to ski for a couple of days. Less than a mile from the Hot Springs Resort and walking distance into town. There is construction going on around the area of the house. This is no fault of the owners and shouldn’t sway people from staying here. It did not wake us up or keep us up. Just affected the driving/walking a little bit. Cute place. Would recommend to friends.

Perfect Stay

We had an amazing rental experience with Jeff. We were able to stay in this beautiful affordable downtown home during our pretty last minute trip to Pagosa. Jeff was very communicative during the booking process and even allowed us to check in early. We arrived to a clean home fully stocked from shampoo/conditioner to coffee and creamer/sugar - we even had a hand written card and fresh baked cookies! Overall the home was perfect and we would stay again!

Amazing stay!

The house has everything you need and was very comfortable for our stay. It’s super convenient to town and great restaurants. It’s also a short 40 minute to wolf creek, and we had an amazing time snowboarding in powder! The host communicated to check in and we will definitely be back!

Pagosa getaway

The property overall was wonderful. The dryer is too high to reach without a step stool. The couch is too low for someone of my height. Deer were running thru the yard next door, which was awesome.

Cozy and convenient!

This was our first time staying in the downtown area and it was so much fun! We were a short walk from great parks, the river/hot springs, good coffee shops and restaurants; we will definitely do this again. The house was cozy and comfortable and a perfect fit for our foursome but could easily accommodate a larger family/group than ours. Hosts were wonderful to work with!
