The white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps from your door. Take advantage of shared resort amenities, which include a waterfront pool, fitness room, and tennis court. Water sports gear can be rented seasonally. Enjoy added perks such as a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, board games, high-speed WiFi, and cable.
THINGS TO KNOW
While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
The pool is heated from December 1st until March 1st
WiFi service can be slow during times of peak occupancy.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 15.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
