Our apartment is located at the foot of the Aubervilliers Town Hall in a dynamic and well-connected neighborhood (1 min walk from the metro), close to local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Enjoy proximity to historic sites such as Montmartre (20 min by metro), Place de la Concorde, Palais Garnier, Louvre Museum, and Notre-Dame Cathedral (35 min by subway). The area will also be a hub for the upcoming Olympic Games events, offering easy access to various sports facilities such as the Stade de France, Porte de la Chapelle Arena, and the Olympic Aquatic Center.
