Welcome to your own private suite. We truly believe we have created one of the nicest places to stay in this area. This peaceful place has a private bath/laundry and kitchen with fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee & tea pot and a very comfortable bed.

The check in was super easy-- we did not have any issues with the house and we had everything we needed as kitchen or washroom ware. Would definetly stay again

Comfortable, updated and quiet.

Plenty of clean, soft towels. All bathroom, laundry and kitchen necessities included. Would appreciate a table for 2 to dine and work from however. Close to hwy access to airport and Detroit. Restaurants are close by. Parking is on premises. Super friendly host.

I did know there was no table or chairs inside. Just a bed room and kitchen. Bed , very uncomfortable. They said there was a t.v. but I didn't know that there was no local channels only had Netflix.

Kathy has a cute cozy place to stay. Perfect to get downtown in 20 mins and perfect place to come back and sleep.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The on-suite was very easy to find. Everything was VERY CLEAN! Kathy was a great host. Although we personally did not need to reach out during our stay very much, she always responded very quickly and answered all our questions!

Great Neighborhood, Great Host

I'm extremely grateful to Kathy for honoring my reservation after she had a family emergency. I would have had nowhere else to stay on such short notice that was that close to the friend that I was visiting nor at such a great price. Pros: The room was super cute and close to Detroit without the stuffiness of being in a major city. It was also really close to the person I was visiting. Wi-Fi was fast. I cannot express how much I loved the bathroom. Overall quiet property in a nice neighborhood. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Cons: The biggest one was the lock on the door. It did take a bit of a learning curve to operate, but wasn't terribly difficult once I figured it out. Also, the hot water seemed to run out really quick. A couple of times I had to wait for it to build up again in order to rinse my hair. Again, not a huge deal, but if you have multiple guests bathing, it would be a problem. The towels were clean, but didn't smell super fresh, but I just popped them in the washer/dryer to freshen them up a little. I feel like that was an acceptable inconvenience considering the host had a pretty serious emergency right before I showed up. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and hope to the next time I visit my bestie. Kathy is a great person and definitely made my stay easier. Traveling as a single female, I felt safe staying there which is always a major deciding factor for me. Pros: The place was super cute and perfect

Nice quiet place

It’s a tiny studio attached to a house. Quiet chill neighborhood. A couple bar a grills close by. Gas stations and a grocery store close. Walmart farther own the street The studio has a little fridge. Kitchen sink, toaster oven and a flat top to cook on Full bathroom with shower. Comfortable place

A Comfortable and Pleasant Stay

Pleasant Visit

We enjoyed a week visiting family just a few blocks away. Places to dine are within a few blocks as well. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. You will find the accommodations comfortable and very clean.

Very clean, quite location, close to everything

The neighborhood is very quiet and the address offers a short drive to everything without being right off a major road. The property is clean and the available washer and dryer are extremely convenient.

Excellent location

This was perfect for me, Kathy was super communicative, allowed me to check-in late so I could check out the Red Wings game on the way from Canada, made it very clear what I needed to do to checkout, and in general was very attentive and willing to help. I was in town for a thanksgiving turkey trot through parkrun, and will likely be turning that into an annual tradition. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in Detroit, thanks Kathy!

Great Little Place to Stay

This was a really great place to stay. Super close to freeway with access to downtown and the airport. Very clean and had everything we needed. One thing to note there isn't a space to sit besides the bed or the patio furniture outside. That was the only negative of our stay because I was working at times and didn't have a space to really do that but we improvised and it worked out. Good size kitchen with all the appliances besides an oven. We were able to cook several nights in and saved us some money from continually going out to eat. Great little neighborhood it is nestled in and very safe. We would definitely stay again.
