The accommodation is spread over 2 floors with entrance on the first floor: kitchen and living room with fireplace. A staircase leads to the ground floor with open-plan double bedroom with bathroom. Modern furnishings with attention to detail. From the living room, an external staircase leads to the romantic English-style private garden of 200 m2 with agaves and palm trees, equipped for outdoor dining.



Good location for visiting the picturesque village of Riva del Garda, a favourite with windsurfers. 11 km from Limone sul Garda, where you can visit the "Limonaia del Castel" lemon garden in the old town centre. For motorcyclists, we recommend the "Strada della Forra" in Tremosine (19 km), one of the most scenic roads in the world, in the heart of the Alto Garda Nature Park, with breathtaking views over the western shore of the lake. For mountain lovers: 65 km Madonna di Campiglio, the pearl of the Dolomites (winter sports, paragliding, trekking, hiking, mountain biking). About 2 km from the pier with ferries to other renowned places on the lake. A large amusement park is 73 km away.
