Above ground pool and hot tub.

One block to the beach and pleasure pier. Restaurants and everything Galveston Island has to offer is within walking distance or catch the trolley.

You will love CasaSeashore. Home built in 1914 and has been completely remodeled. Everybody loves and enjoys sleeping on our comfortable beds. As for our yard, we have new above ground pool with extended deck to the pool so that you can jump into the pool comfortably. We have 90-jet hot tub for seven people to relax together. We have an outdoor grill, and a fire pit. A huge back yard to sit everywhere around for relaxing. Playground is an add-on for family with kids. You can quickly see how staying with us is a huge bargain, entertaining, and relaxing. Since we provide free fenced in parking, free Wi-Fi and let's not forget the kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. Pets allowed with a $25.00 pet pet.

Wonderful house close to the beach
Whole family enjoyed this stay. We were 6 adults,1 toddler, and 1 dog and we all had a great time at this property. Only a few minutes from the beach and close to restaurants and activities in town. Backyard had a nice playset for the toddler and a swimming pool and hot tub. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and kitchen had everything we needed. We stay at again!

Great place, great location, great host!!
This is the place to stay in Galveston! One block from the Pleasure Pier, restaurants (and bars), and perfect beach! We had three adults and 5 kids ages 1-10 and we walked to the beach every day, spent time at Pleasure Pier, and ate with ocean views. After a long day playing in the waves and building sand castles, we loved coming home to a nice pool for the kids to swim and the adults to relax with our favorite beverage in the jets of the huge spa. Once cleaned up, we sent the kids upstairs to the many beds and TVs to watch their favorite shows while we relaxed and did the same. The home has a great charm and is very well appointed with all you need to cook, end even clean. Dishwasher and Washing machine pods allow easy keep up with everything. Lastly, John is an excellent host! He was very responsive and met our every need. This is just a wonderful place for a family gathering!

Good and bad but really mostly good
start with the bad... the back gate is a disaster. It's difficult to lock and unlock and nearly impossible to man-handle open or closed. The upstairs hallway light was not working (couldn't reach cord so don't know why) but it made navigating the stairs dangerous. It would be lovely to actually have towels in the bathroom and really missed bath mats. There is no place to put groceries other than the refrigerator.... and a near total lack of kitchen basics like spices or sugar or flour or oil, tin foil or plastic wrap. You have plenty of beds for lots of people and coffee for 7 people for one day??? Also lack of mugs, plates, silverware for a full house, not that we needed that many as there was only 6 of us but because we cooked we still ended up washing by hand. There were no wine glasses and no wine corkscrew. There is no cutting board that we could find and a complete lack of coasters in the living room. The metal covering on the back door is lifted on the bottom and potentially a hazard, especially with children. The good.... lovely decor. Clean and mostly comfortable. The shower in the master bath was great and the claw foot tub was fabulous. Lots of hot hot water. It's close to the beach. Neighborhood seems nice although the bar is noisy, especially at closing time. Overall, if we were a group that wanted to eat out, and enjoy the many bars and such in Galveston it would be a great place. For a family it's difficult to eat together, cook, or sleep without disturbance all night and the parking in back was so inconvenient we parked on the street. We loved the hot tub and since you don't want glass out there you really should have some plastic cup available. For us, we found it tight for 6 of us so we would probably not stay again but not because there is anything "wrong".... well, other than the back gate, lol.

Very nice!
Nicely redone. Walking distance to the beach and Pleasure Pier. There's a bar across the street that can get a little raucous at times late at night but not too bad. Nice property!

We loved our stay. The host was very nice! The house was clean! I loved that there was toiletries because I forgot my shampoo. It’s such a short walk or drive to the beach. We will stay again. Well worth it.

Ideal for our trip!
The house was just as beautiful in real life as it is in the listing. With the exception of the room with the bunk, the rooms were even more spacious than I expected. The layout was perfect for our group. It is right where we expected-behind Fish Tales and a very short walk to Pleasure Pier. The manager, John, was friendly and welcoming and helped with any issues we had. There were plenty of towels and disposables, like dishwasher detergent and toilet paper, so our party of 11 didn't have to keep running out to buy more stuff. It was such a great place to stay on vacation!
