INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Our stay was wonderful! I do suggest new utensils and pots/ pans. The place was very clean, the beds were super comfy! The couches were ok! The view was beautiful! The elevators were kind of slow, but it was also spring break season! Overall! We would stay again!

The condo was amazing, but very dirty. The right on beachfront was so beautiful. I think good cleaning between clients, and new furniture and mattresses, would make this so much nicer place to stay.

This listing was not even close to what we looked at on VRBO!!!! The listing stated it was on the top floor with a master overlooking ocean..... master was near the door by the hallway and living room had ocean view!!!!! We were on the 7th floor OF 30!!!!!! The elevators were out every other time we went to use them!!!!! Had 10 am check out and couldn’t even get an elevator!!!! We ended up dragging our luggage down the stairs after waiting over 30 minutes for an elevator!!!! Spoke with the manager at resort , rude and argumentative. And hung up on us . Never again .

Great vacation with minimal problems
Overall a great unit! The only issue were the mattresses on the property they were quite old and uncomfortable for me and my fiancé. Overall a great unit, However it could just use some minor upgrades.

Elevator's broke down every day
Having to climb stairs every day of vacation was horrible, I heard horror stories after stories about the elevator's. The beach,sun and food we had was great. As a 50 year old woman I really don't want to have to work so hard to get to beach and room every day.🤬😡..

Great stay
We had a great stay. Condo was great but the only thing I would recommending Changing is the master bedroom bed.... way to hard and very squeaky. Other than that would definitely stay here again.

The sofa was terrible to even sit on. The small area rug in the living room was dirty. The bed you could feel the springs and the sheets were old. The refrigerator made noses and so did the dryer. When we got there the sliding glass door would not open, so we call maintenance That was inside the condo. The worse elevator we ever experienced. Took us 15 to 20 minutes to catch a elevator to the 7th floor. Really our experience was not good.

I always love the view we get and the amenities are a huge bonus and money saver. This time the dryer was horrible and barley worked and we did have lint on our clothes every wash, the kind bed was extremely uncomfortable, Elevators slow but to be expected. We seen all kinds of man rays and dolphins from our balcony. I love being right on the beach and wish I could wake up to the amazing views everyday. Tidewater has been consistent with the experience this was our third year and would recommend them to anyone and we will be back. Just bring your own favorite pillow and blanket

Nice furnishings and decor!
This unit exceeded our expectations. It was well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with all needed cooking utensils. The short walk to the beach was nice and the pools were HUGE. The 7th floor was a good location. We could take the stairs down instead of waiting on the elevator.

Wouldn't book this again!
Counter top in the kitchen was broken in more than one spot when we checked in, microwave was cracked as well. The Condo was not cleaned very well which we were told was our fault because we booked during peak time and they were too busy to clean thoroughly. I am a person that any day at the beach is an awesome day, but if you are stuck waiting in the room for Panhandle to show up and take pictures of the damage and housekeeping to come get the last person that stayed personal items from the bathroom, grooming trimmers and razors and medicines it sucks. Not to mention in the kitchen, we couldn't find a knife sharp enough to cut the limes for our corona lights! We have stayed at Tidewater before and loved the condo complex well enough to come back again the next year, I just wouldn't book a unit managed by Panhandle Resorts again.

Our first time at a high rise resort condo, so weren't quite ready to have to wear the wrist or ankle band (we called then the Mark of the Beast) all the time!!! SURPRISE!!! Also, they were resurfacing some of the floors, so a minor inconvenience with swapping sides of the building, but no big deal there! Our condo was 716. Comfortable, clean, not perfect, but just fine for us. The granite in the kitchen was cracked at a seam, but again no big deal. Our biggest disappointment was the beach area itself. One the east half of the building there was barely room for 1row of rental chairs, and a sanitary sewer drain near the far eastern side of the building. The water was brown and stank. Turned the gulf brown where it went in. Overall a fun trip! Pineapple Willy's, Angelo's and the Wicked Wheel definite restaurants to try!!

Beautiful well equipped condo☺
Our vacation was perfect. We could not of asked for a nicer place to stay. The condo itself was gorgeous, my granddaughters and I loved it. It was nicely updated and it was cozy and very comfortable with plenty of room to move around. The balcony was perfect , as hot as the temperatures were when we were there (90s) there was still a very refreshing breeve from the ocean and the view of the sunsets was amazing, not to mention the two pools and being able to walk right out the building onto the beautiful beach.. The Tidewater resort itself was perfect too, from all the amenities it offers, to the great food (delicious and really affordable) . It also gave me peace of mind seeing the security this condo had. There were also many restaurants within walking distance of the condo and Pier Park which was an added bonus, full of shops, theatres, restaurants, kids park to name a few things. I would rate this condo 10 out of 10 and will definitely book here again.

Beautiful & very clean unit!
We just returned from our beach vacation at the Tidewater. We stayed in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo & it was absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean & tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The resort was beautiful. My children especially enjoyed the indoor pool because it was heated. The booking process through Panhandle Getaways was very easy. The staff were helpful & very nice. I would definitely stay in this unit again. We had a great time!
