La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers you this charming house, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located in the heart of Sainte-Marie-de-Ré in a quiet area close to the market and shops (600 metres away).

The house is comfortable and has a large living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160x200.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90*200.

Shower room and WC.

The house is non-smoking.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! The Ile de Ré offers a particularly pleasant holiday environment with one of the highest sunshine levels in France. You can do almost everything by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our little 30-kilometre-long island. With a passion for history, summer activities and food, art and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our house.

When you arrive, in addition to our welcome pack, we'll give you a welcome guide with useful tips and advice on discovering the Ile de Ré in the best possible conditions!

The house is available for bookings of 5 days or more outside the summer period.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Linen hire and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The handover of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.
Tourist tax is not included.
