La Centrale Holidays offers you this charming house, ideal for families or friends. Very well located, it is close to the centre of the village, the shops and the Giraudière beach (12 minutes by bike along the cycle path). It sleeps up to 4 people and is conveniently located in Grand Village Plage.

The house is comfortable, with a large living room/lounge and kitchen open to the dining room.

SINGLE-STOREY HOUSE:

Spacious and bright living room with a sitting area, dining room, opening onto a lovely veranda all on a large enclosed plot with trees.

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds 90x200.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90x200.

Shower room and separate WC.

The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

When you arrive, as well as our welcome pack, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing useful tips and advice on how to discover the island of Oléron in the best possible conditions!

The house is open to bookings from 5 days rental, outside the summer period.

Linen hire and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
