My friend and I had a great stay in Gabe's place. It's located right on the shuttle and convenient to get in and out of town for restaurants etc. Gabe is a super cool guy and was really helpful. I don't think anything in the place has been updated since the 70s but that's part of the charm. Spacious and rustic spot with incredible views

This property is named well being such a cozy place. Our eyes popped with contentment when we walked in and saw the large kitchen and open living area with expansive views. We used the fireplace and it added to the overall ambience. It was so nice to have so much room for people to spread out and relax. Having covered parking was a bonus, as well as blackout curtains which helped us sleep really well! We loved that the bedrooms were downstairs from the living room, so if neighbors were a little noisy…it wasn’t heard in the bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels were appreciated. The extra amenities such as the hot tub and game room were enjoyed. Communication with our host was quick and responsive. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Thank you!

Its okay
The best part of the stay was the sq footage. There are many aspects that can be improved, for not that much of an investment. Here is my list:- Kitchen Knives are so dull, it is dangerous. Just buy a set of knives and a knife block for 60- Cutting board. Buy a regular, composite cutting board that is a normal size. The two cutting boards there are THE source of all microplastics in the world lol.- No extra toilet paper in each bathroom. This was a first, to not have an extra roll of the single-ply toilet paper, AT ALL. There was one extra roll found in master bedroom- A humidifier would go a long way for anyone not from CO. It is a very dry area and it makes a huge difference for guests to be able to breath.
I used to live in Winter Park for I knew ruffly where this would be. Nice roomy condo, which is what we wanted as we were there 8 nights. Good location. Close to Safeway. Easy to get to the mountain. I'd stay there again. Especially now that I know how to work the lock, which was challenging the 1st night.
We loved the location and gorgeous view of this spacious condo just six miles from Winter Park skiing and less than two miles from Fraser Hill snow tubing. The Safeway grocery was walking distance. Everything was so convenient!
My friend of 15+ years and I made a trip to winterpark to surprise my sister for her engagement. As soon as we walked in we couldn’t believe how spacious the condo was. The balcony had incredible views. Our friends that also went on the trip and stayed down the road were jealous of our rental. I would def come back!
The condo building served our needs perfectly for 4 guys on a ski trip. No frills needed. The building is a bit dated and the unit could use some updating but there is plenty of room and the view off the deck is amazing. Beds were comfy and parking was covered which was nice. Would stay here again for a guys trip but the misses would want a more updated place if we brought out the family.
The hot tub and pool were a welcome reprieve after a hard day of skiing. Showers were nice and the huge living room gave everyone plenty of room to stretch out.
The unit was greatly appreciated by the family. Covered parking was a huge bonus with 20+” of snowfall during our stay! The full size suv fit with Large Thule on top.
There is a sauna in the unit! We used the Safeway grocery and liquor stores as we returned from the mountain. Mary Jane is a 10 mile drive, very easy and direct. Large living room area. Indoor pool and hot tub are just one flight below the unit.
Would definitely stay again.
My group had a great experience with the condo. The location is great (about 10 minutes to Winter Park and 20 to Granby Ranch) and the view is incredible, you can see Winter Park ski runs and the entire range out of the living room windows. The living area is large with plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and the three bathrooms were perfect. The building’s amenities were right down stairs, which included a hot tub, heated pool, a game room with a pool table, foosball, and ping pong. Laundry was downstairs as well and was $1.50 a machine (so $3 per load, quarters only). Another huge perk is garage parking, so no scraping your car before you leave. It’s not the newest or fanciest building but it’s perfect for a ski getaway.
Really happy to have been able to stay here! To reiterate other reviews, the living room felt very spacious for a two bedroom condo, and did indeed have an incredible view. The interior felt a bit dated but didn't detract from our experience. The king bed was awesome. Really convenient to have three bathrooms, and also very cool to have a private sauna inside the unit. Our favorite part was having the indoor hot tub literally a single flight of stairs away. It only had a capacity of four adults, but there were never any other guests in the entire common area while we used it after skiing each day during our mid-week stay. The common area also has a decent size indoor pool, lounge area, and game room with pool table, foosball and ping pong, all with great views of the valley. We were able to park our full size pickup truck in the covered garage without issue, and the drive to Winter Park each day was a breeze.

Great view, OK unit
We knew this property was quite dated but booked it for the great view and wood burning fireplace. The views were amazing and the condo is VERY spacious. It would be nice if the fireplace had a metal curtain. Hot tub was OK but only a couple jets work. Kids enjoyed playing with the pool table and foosball. There is a unit above this unit and everyone walking around is VERY loud. Gaps in doors to hallway and joining unit allow you to hear those people. Easy things to fix would be adding items to the kitchen like a cookie sheet, veggie peeler, knife sharpener, dish cloth, a few more mugs, and a lighter. The King bed has a big sag on one half but the bunk beds are comfy although we did have to hunt for top sheets to put on them. We had a rocky start with the communication because the morning of our arrival we still didn't have a code, finally got it by noon after numerous attempts to reach owner. That added stress could have been avoided with a little communication that a code was forthcoming. The covered parking is nice.

CHARGE THE DEPOSIT 2 DAYS BEFORE BOOKING, NOT AT THE TIME OF RESERVING. UNLESS YOU PLAN ON PAYING THE INTEREST YOURSELF

Great condo
Large condo with lots of rooms. Great view. Close to shopping (safeway). Very fast internet!
Will definitely rent again.
This is a great condo! Very close to the mountain and the strip of restaurants and nightlife in Fraser. I was traveling solo, so I had plenty of room, but this would be a great stay for a larger group or family as well. The condo had everything I needed for a short ski trip to Winter Park.
My only recommendation would be to provide an information sheet containing wifi login, common space key code, etc., so that I didn't have to bother the host with a few separate texts. That said, host was very responsive to all questions!
This was the perfect place for my family in Fraser. Such a large unit and the indoor pool/hot tub was a huge hit with my kids. Definitely recommend this condo if you are in the area. It was amazing!

About the host

We live in Colorado and enjoy sharing the home we make with our 3 children with you. We really think this property is best suited for those with young kids and they’ll love the heated pool in the common area
Why they chose this property
Cranmer Ridge is easy access to Safeway, easy access to biking and running through Winter Park Ranch and has the feel of a family resort in the summer. Being in the free bus line connects you to the resort and Town of Winter Park without needing to drive (and park…)
What makes this property unique
The views of Cozens Ranch open space include the meandering Fraser River, Byers Peak and the resort. This place is really spacious for the money and you can expand into the common areas downstairs when they are open (8am-10pm please)
