The cottage is located in an annex to the owners' house. Ground floor: large, bright, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, large fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo...), dining area, lounge area with a rustic and modern charm theme, with 2 sofas, armchair, wood stove, connected TV with Netflix and Canal+. High-speed Wi-Fi.
1 bedroom with 1 160 bed and its separate shower room.

A secure 6m x 6m swimming pool, shared with the owners, is open from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm from 01/07 to 15/09. This area is prohibited from alcohol consumption. The pool is heated by solar panels. Free entry and parking, independent of the owners.

The cottage belongs to the commune of Bernay-Neuvy in Champagne. However, we are 2 km from the village, at a place called Esse.
