The area is a seaside resort at the entrance of Cannes. You will find all the pleasures of the seaside as well as all nearby shops. An efficient and very regular bus service allows you to reach the Croisette in a few minutes and travel along the coast. You also have two train stations, with Cannes La Bocca and Le Bosquet stations 5 minutes away, to reach the main cities of the French Riviera, Nice airport or Cannes TGV station.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the ground floor of a tourist residence, with a 40 m2 terrace and a fenced garden.

Open cabin area with a 140x190 cm bed.
Bathroom with shower and toilet (renovated in 2024).

2 shared swimming pools: one open from 15/06 to 10/09 and one open from 01/05 to 30/09.

Deposit: 500 euros to be paid on arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
Sheets and towels provided.
Private parking included.

We will personally welcome you at the beginning of your stay and will be present throughout your holidays, if needed.
ATTENTION: A cash deposit will be requested upon arrival for the roller shutter remote control and pool access bracelets, and returned at the end of your stay.
