Private entrance in residential, four unit restored carriage house. Plenty of parking and includes cable, internet, trash removal, snow removal and landscaping for spacious back yard. Queen bed and extremely comfortable sofa can accommodate 3 guests. Very quiet setting with easy access to Boston. 1 mile to train station and 0.3 mile to South Shore Hospital. Walking distance to all amenities including restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
