Children look forward to a normal seesaw and a spring-loaded rocker on the premises.   Your accommodation is located approximately in the middle of the town crossing of the two imperial baths Heringsdorf and Bansin. From here you can reach the lively village centers and the piers in about 15 minutes. Standing with the villa in the back on the promenade, you reach the right along on foot after about 10 minutes to the ice cream parlor Pinguin and the beach snack Seebär. Follow the beach road inland to stop in other restaurants and bistros. Scenic walks on the idyllic Schloonsee can be done by walking in front of the house from Maxim Gorki Street for about 5 minutes towards Bansin.   Suitable for people with mobility problems: An elevator takes you from the ground floor directly to the desired apartment and cellar level with sauna. To complete the well-being program on your holiday, heat up in the complimentary communal sauna and then relax on several sun loungers.   Your own or rented bicycles can be accommodated either at the entrance or protected in the bicycle cellar of the villa.
