Spacious two bedroom apartment of 750 sq. meters fully equipped with remodeled kitchen and floors for two guests maximum. Pool is shared with next door Suite 2 (2 guests max as well). Main room is big and spacious with inverter AC and Smart 42" TV and the second room is like a living room with sofa bed, inverter AC, Smart TV and direct access to the pool area. The apartment has one full bathroom with easy access shower . The house is located just 5 minutes away from the SJU airport and to Isla Verde beaches, 10 minute drive to Old San Juan and 40 minutes from Yunque RainForest. The suburban area offers you a quiet community at night ideal for relaxation and enjoyment of guests.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood location is exceptional. The urbanization Los Angeles was built in the 50's and was mainly populated by airport employees. Despite the closeness of the airport, the neighborhood is very quiet at night, which guests love. The closeness of the main metropolitan beaches and SJU airport, (5 minutes) , Old San Juan, Ocean Park and Condado (10 minutes), El Yunque (40 minute drive), etc.

What makes this property unique

The fact that you can have a pool for yourselves almost privately. We only accept two guests maximum in each Suite to guarantee that each party will have their space. Other properties offer a shared pool for more people or groups. Our business model is designed so that guests are able to fully enjoy the property and their quality time.
