The apartment 2 in 1. OG / DG, is individually very comfortable and comfortably furnished. The approximately 25 square meter apartment is for max. oriented 2 people and has a living room and bedroom and shower / WC. In the living area is a comfortable couch, TV, dining area and a small kitchenette equipped with 2-ring ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and various small appliances. 1 parking space is available on the property free of charge. Terrace for common use.

The house "Jo Jo" is a modern built house and is located in the old center of Binz. About 50m away is the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The famous pier of the Binz is also within walking distance. This property has a spacious outside area with parking and seating. Two apartments on the upper floor make a beach holiday an unforgettable experience. Nearby there are shops and restaurants.
