The apartment is located in the house "The Island" in the 2. Floor (with elevator) and is only 150 m from the beach. The east-facing balcony is furnished and equipped with an awning. The apartment is completely renovated, with high quality laminate flooring and also suitable for allergy sufferers. It has a double bed in the living area and a separate children's room. Shower and kitchen are also on new standard. Please keep in mind that there is a final cleaning of 40, - € for each booking. The linen package can be booked optionally, per person from 13, - Euro.

Gut gelegene FeWo mit Parkplatz

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und immer zügig, sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und der Parkplatz ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Alles sauber und ordentlich, wie beschrieben.

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Grundausstattung an Toiletten- und Küchenartikeln, so dass man nicht alles mitnehmen muss. Tolle Lage, sehr dicht zum Strand und zu Geschäften/Restaurants, herrliche Terrasse. Wir waren rundum zufrieden !

Sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung, genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Frau Paape habe ich als sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin kennen. Ich kann das Appartement zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Ich werde auf jedenfall wiederkommen!!!

Modern eingerichtetes Appartement in sehr guter Lage

Die freundliche Vermieterin wartete bei meiner Ankunft bereits vor der Appartmentanlage. Sie nahm sich ausreichend Zeit um die Einrichtung des Appartements und die örtlichen Verhältnisse zu erläutern. Als am Wochenende ein kleines Problem mit dem Fernseher auftrat, ist sie sofort gekommen. Das Appartement ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Objektbeschreibung im Buchungsportal ist zu 100 % zutreffend. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die entweder viel zu weiche oder bereits durchgelegene Matratze. Sehr vorteilhaft ist, dass ein Strandkorb bereits für die Mieter reserviert ist und nicht gesondert bezahlt werden muss. Zum Strand und einem Kiosk mit Backwaren sind es zu Fuß nur zwei Minuten, zum Ortszentrum mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht wesentlich länger. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft.

Lage Top, Empfang Top, Wohnung klein aber fein. Sehr sauber. Fahrstuhl im Haus ideal. Getoppt noch durch den eigenen Strandkorb. Es gibt nicht zu bemängeln.
