This comfortable, well-equipped 125 m² two-storey house is perfect for families, couples, or friends. Located in a pleasant setting, it offers all the comforts needed for a short stay. It's in a quiet, charming street. Thanks to nearby transport, you'll have quick and easy (20 min) access to the heart of the capital.

The bright living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, opens onto a private garden with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days in peace and quiet.

The dining area features a table for up to six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to prepare meals.

The accommodation offers two queen beds (160 x 200), one of which is raised with a ladder, as well as two double trundle beds (each with two 90 x 200 beds). All beds are carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a comfortable sleeping arrangement for everyone.

Bathrooms are available: one with a bath and toilet, the other with a shower.

Wi-Fi access is available throughout your stay.

A smoke detector is installed for your safety.

Professionals will clean the property during each stay.

Please note: The fireplace is unavailable, and the accommodation includes a staircase to access the second floor, which may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Just 200 meters from Paris, this house, nestled in a quiet street in Ivry-sur-Seine, offers a peaceful setting on the outskirts of the capital. Combining urban dynamism and cultural richness, the town borders the Seine and blends modernity and heritage. Thanks to excellent transport links, you can reach the center of Paris (Louvre, Notre-Dame...) in just 20 minutes.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest metro station is Pierre et Marie Curie (Line 7), just a 4-minute walk from the house.

Orly Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
