Guests enjoy wide open water southern views from this bay-front 4 bedroom 3 bath estate home. Guests may dock boat (up to 30' or jet ski behind the home (collier county boat ramp is just 1 mile away). Large private dock and lanai are ideal also for sunning, fishing, and kayaking. The central island location allows easy access by water to endless bays, estuaries, and beaches of the 10,000 islands and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Island amenities (beaches, restaurants and shopping) are all within a mile or two of our wonderful home. Adjacent wide bike paths connect to island shopping and restaurant districts. Guests will enjoy a memorable vacation in a natural setting which may include dolphins, manatee, and other aquatic life visible from the rear patio and dock. Amenities include gas grill, boat dock, boat lift (with prior arrangements and additional fee), gourmet kitchen with pass through to lanai and large circular driveway that provides ample off-street parking. With prior arrangements, owners may allow guests free use of the kayak and 4 bikes at the property. The home sits on an exclusive 5-home cul-de-sac. The Marco Bridge and pubic park just a short walk away. Beaches, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and entertainment are within 1 to 2 miles. Owner and his representative are local and available for guest assistance and information about Marco Island and the surrounding areas.

Great location for boaters, with easy access to fishing, islands and restraunts. Great neighborhood to walk in or just sit out back and enjoy the view. House was great to hang out in, play pool, nicely updated, awesome second pantry and ample space for a family of four.
What a great place to get away and relax! Sunrise on the patio was glorious each morning. Everything was prepared for a comfortable stay. We would love to visit again.
James was a great host and even gave us the opportunity to do an early check in as we had a red-eye from the west coast land that morning. So many great amenities at his property such as billiards, pool, jacuzzi, multiple fridges and in-unit laundry/dryer.
My co-workers and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again if ever in Marco Island. Highly recommend staying at James's property!
We loved this gorgeous house with four large bedrooms, great location, large pool, beautiful views, etc. we rented a boat and the owner allowed up to use the dock, which made pick up and drop off of the boat easy. The beds are also very comfortable. Great restaurants, a pharmacy and supermarkets are less than two miles away. I recommend it highly.
The home was spacious and comfortable. Needs furnishing and bedding updates. (Location was not walkable to restaurants and stores). Owner was very nice to work with.

A bit disappointing
The house layout and decor was different from the pictures online. Furniture was moved around. We needed pest control to come to the house, the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work, we had to plug in the dishwasher to work, sand fleas in the cushions on the patio which ate us alive we had to remove them. and the house seemed to be a storage place for other rental equipment….. dishwashers in the garage a graveyard of old patio furniture , on the side of the house and the owners personal cars in the garage , which was unavailable to use. It just didn’t have a feel of a proper rental house, it was a bit beat up. Was NOT WORTH the money I paid. Very disappointed! On the positive note, there were kayaks for the family to use, the pool was a nice size, and the beds were comfortable.

Great outdoor space!
We enjoyed our stay & found it comfortable for 6 adults. Loved the outdoor space! The location is great — on a canal & convenient to most things if you don’t mind driving. We would suggest unbreakable glasses & dishes for outdoor living, instructions for using the TVs, and lighting in the bedrooms that can be accessed without crossing the the room. We wondered if the timer (wherever it was) on the hot tub needed to be reset as the jets only ran during the day. Loved the pool and Overall, it was very comfortable and we would use & recommend it again!!
We rented this property at the last minute due to an unforseen change in plans. Our host was very accommodating under these circumstances. The location was perfect. We went by boat and could get to many restaurants from that location. The pool was a great way to cool down and relax in between events. There were numerous #'s of pool toys that kept us relaxed and busy. The house was comfortable with a great outdoor space and roomy and well stocked kitchen
It was nice to have bedrooms that accommodated adults. ( no twin beds) and bathrooms for all. The large dining room table was perfect for our card games. We will be back.

The house have potential but have to be in better presentation
We have a great communication with property manager. We have to reschedule the days because the Hurricane Ian, and he was very understanding the situation. When we get to the house we was surprised of what's we founded.
Discovered outlets outside area.

He moved from Connecticut to Marco Island in 1989 to work for a national real estate law firm and, in 1998 opened a real property sales, rental and property management firm. He also practices law in the real estate and estate planning fields.

Host has owned this property for many years and rented it both long and short term. Its special location, amenities and views make it particularly attractive to the vacationer and we have supplemented the vacation experience by making 4 bikes and a kayaks available to our guests.
