This modern 44 square meter 2-room apartment is on the 1st floor with a south-facing balcony, which is accessible from the living room. The cozy living area is furnished with a couch with sleeping function (lying area 160 x 200), coffee table and TV. The modern kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob without oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. and adjoining dining area, is integrated in the living room. In the bedroom, guests have a double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200) for a good night's sleep. Ample closet space is self-evident. The bathroom is equipped with shower / toilet and sink. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. A bike rack is available to guests in the basement as well as washer and dryer for a fee.

In the Baltic Sea resort Ahlbeck is located in an exposed place, directly behind the beach promenade, the apartment house "Miramar". In the City and on the known historical Ahlbeck pier is only a few steps. The location can be described as particularly attractive. In this comfortable apartment house you can find elevator, underground parking, and a sauna with Jacuzzi. In the corresponding solarium you can get a nice sun tan even in winter. A stone's throw separates you from the promenade and the fine sandy white beach. Many restaurants and cafés and the flair of Ahlbeck welcome you. Wi-Fi is available free of charge at Haus Miramar.
