The spacious living room sleeps a box spring bed with separate mattresses (90x200), wardrobe and a small seating area to relax and watch TV. In the loggia, which is oriented to the south, the meals can be enjoyed at the large dining table. The Kitchenette with two hotplates, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher is located separately in the corridor. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. A parking space is located in the parking garage in about 150 meters from Villa Mailin. Pets are welcome in this apartment. Please note that a deposit of 15.00 euros must be paid for the parking permit for the car park when you arrive.
The villa offers comfortable holiday apartments for 2 to 4 people. All apartments enjoy a neat and tasteful decor. Most of the apartments feature a loggia. Washing machine is in the basement. Parking spaces are reserved in the parking garage. Bicycles can be parked next to the villa in the bike rack.
Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
